Fantastic experience: I am a firm believer. The energy or vibe you put out is what you get. And as a patient of Stars Franklin Squares I believe everyone deserves a hand clap ????????. From the front desk, to the therapist both Pelvic and PT, along with the helpers. They’ve been nothing but helpful and courteous at all times. I enjoy coming here and when my time is up I will miss them. However, if you want the help you’ve come to the right place. Kindness goes a long way. Keep up the good work everyone. ????????????

Fantastic experience: ARIN at reception is wonderful and friendly. I love my pelvic floor thearpist, RINA! She is the most knowledgeable, patient and supportive therapist I have ever worked with. Her approach to my treatment is delicate yet task oriented. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: First class facility and therapist. In particular, I'd like to thank Leora, K, and Paula for their efforts and expertise after my rotator cuff surgery. Positive experience: Great service for therapy, however the billing is not the best. I was told when I on my first visit that my Medicare & supplement plan will handle the bill with no cost to me. A few weeks I received a bill in the mail of $126.90. I spoke to the supervisor and there was nothing he can do about and I would have to pay the bill. Make sure you get a full understanding of your payments. It doesn't seem right.
