Fantastic experience: We were so defeated with getting our kid to eat. It was very rough!!! We did a consultation, received tools to implement at home and 2 visits! Now meal time is completely change from the better. We are so grateful for this organization and truly pleased with how this has changed our lives.

Fantastic experience: My son has been going here for just shy of 2 years. When we started he was 2.5 years old and couldn’t say any words at all. He is now 4 and we have full conversations. He’s opened up so much and I can’t even express how grateful I am for the people at Cornerstone. Fantastic experience: We have been to several different therapy clinics (due to several moves across states) for speech therapy and I can honestly say that Cornerstone is the most inviting, knowledgeable, welcoming, comfortable and effective clinic I have ever seen. They recently got into a new building and it’s so well curated, from the lobby to the therapy rooms even the larger play space is so well done. Beautiful clean decor and calm but engaging elements for the children are exactly what this type of establishment should have. The owners are incredible. They always go the extra mile to make sure the staff feel equipped and appreciated. This makes a huge difference in the attitudes of the staff with patients and families. And that is such a game changer! I honestly feel like the therapists have come alongside our family to give us exactly the help we need with positive encouragement and clear communication. Children deserve the best we can give them and Cornerstone checks every box for our family! We have worked with several of the speech therapists and my son had success with each one. He honestly enjoyed his time with them and saw it as something to look forward to! Each of the therapists were so friendly and joyful and always made us feel welcome! I would absolutely suggest Cornerstone to any family looking for pediatric therapies!

Fantastic experience: We LOVE Cornerstone! The difference they’ve made in my children’s lives are beyond anything I could have imagined! We started with Speech Therapy services in March of 2021 with my oldest daughter! Our speech therapist has turned into family over the time of being here! The Speech therapist we seen was able to make the suggestion of her seeking out Occupational Therapy within the office for some sensory issues we were having! The Occupational therapist we seen was top notch and so patient with my daughter! We graduated out of OT after about a year, but we still have speech therapy services with the office! She has made SO much progress since we first started there and I couldn’t be more thankful! My youngest daughter is currently getting Physical Therapy services and I could not brag on them enough! They were not only patient with her but with me. They have been nothing but supportive for our family! She’s made so much progress! We have an OT evaluation coming up for my youngest and I am 100% confident she will get the care she needs! I couldn’t recommend this office enough! If you’re looking for therapies, this is your place!

Fantastic experience: My son James has been using speech and occupational therapy since he was just over 1. We have had the most wonderful care from each and every therapist. He was almost completely non verbal and now at just 4 1/2 has a wide vocabulary and gets so excited to see Julia every week for speech and Emily for OT. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and the compassion and care these therapist have is unmatched

Fantastic experience: Our daughter has, and continues to receive Speech, PT, OT and feeding therapies here and each of our therapists have been fantastic! Offering guidance and support while being compassionate and kind. Professional coordination between the team at Cornerstone with our ancillary treatment programs that our daughter receives, ABA and D-Pre K have been instrumental in both hers and our success! Highly recommend!!!

Negative experience: I took my daughter for an initial appointment. Due to her receiving extra help in school with her speech and other areas, I thought it was a good decision to seek OT for her sensory processing issues that we have been dealing with for almost 4 years. She had received some OT a few years ago, but didn't seem to help. Thought it would be different here. Instead I decided it wasn't the place for my daughter with in 5 minutes of meeting the "therapist". Instead of feeling like we were there to receive help, it was hostile, judgemental and unprofessional. There is no way any therapist can say what was said behind those doors in the first 5 minutes 1. Without any individual assessment 2. Without getting to know the history with the patient. My concerns for my child were turned into "missing the boat on that as a parent" and having to hit this hard and fast to fix this. I have sought help for years, being told She will out grow it. I am looking for help not judgement. I have adult children, and never experienced these issues, let alone be treated less than ideally when seeking help with my concerns I did have for them. I did speak with the owner, what a lovely person. He apologized and offered to switch to a different therapist. I politely declined, I just wanted to be heard and want people to know you don't have to settle for ill treatment or judgement when seeking help. You shouldn't feel wrong for seeking help, ever. And that was the overwhelming feeling I felt not just for myself, but for my daughter as well. Because the little I did share wasn't all that was said. It still boils my blood when I hear her voice speaking to us. Hopefully as time passes this will disappear into the abyss. I will be the first to admit I have made parenting mistakes and setting foot into this facility was a major one that I will forever regret.

Negative experience: Office manager is very rude and condescending about payments after me repeatedly saying I would make the appointment after I made a payment never in my life have I had someone speak to in that manner

Fantastic experience: I love Cornerstone so much! We went through 4 different therapy places before here and they just weren’t listening. From day 1, I was heard and helped here! My son receives OT, feeding, and speech therapy and his growth has been phenomenal. I am always a part of decisions and have never felt judged in any way for my sons progress or needs. He is excited to go in every time and comes back happy and skipping. Can’t say enough wonder things!

Fantastic experience: Our son goes for speech and language therapy with Mrs. Skylar Miller. He loves her! She did a great job evaluating him and he loves coming to see her. Cornerstone has some of the best SLPs that work well with their kids.

Negative experience: Owner is TRASH. I must say all of the therapists I have worked with thus far have been amazing! . The reason for one star is because of the OWNER. I have a child with autism who was recommended (x) amount of hours for multiple therapies. My family is new to Tennessee & are not military. I’m a SAHM of four who homeschools. Two of my children being disabled. Corner stone pediatrics is the ONLY office that offers “in home” services. We also have amerigroup as insurance. Which isn’t accepted by a lot of agencies. From the beginning prior to starting services Linda (the owner) knew my son was going to need a lot of services based off his evaluations. I was never told it was going to be a problem and prior to start never mentioned not being able to send the in home therapist. Even though he was recommended for (x) amount of hours for each therapy (OT, Speech, & feeding) it wasn’t beneficial to HER or her therapists to come out to my home for the recommended time so for the last few months we’ve not been able to have all the services we needed. Now we currently have TEIS paying for these services since corner stone does not accept amerigroup and tenncare is giving me a hard time switching his plan . He turns 3 in a couple weeks and we will lose all services . Which Linda knew and told me “well we don’t accept his insurance once he turns 3 anyways so you’re going to have to find somewhere else for him to go”. Since day one she has never put my child first. She has never worked with me and tried to accommodate a family in need. I was APPAULED to be told that it wasn’t “BENEFICIAL” for them to send someone to my home. We had an evaluation in November 2018 for OT and a therapist wasn’t sent out to my home until February 2019. I had multiple phone calls explaining to her how important it is for us to have this support and help and I was left with silence. I was told to either take what she gave me or go somewhere else and her knowing my situation and knowing I didn’t have the option to go else where I took the bare minimal and yes we are still receiving in home services and will for the next couple weeks until he turns three & because I’m a good mother I put my pride aside and have been using their minimal services because something for my son is better then nothing but I will say I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE ! And I wish the staff would find work else where. I personally would NEVER work for anyone in this field that found something not beneficial to their office when a child was in need. I’m sure it’s not beneficial to my son to be autistic but he is and we have to do what we can to help him ! If I wasn’t so desperate for the help and support for my son I wouldn’t have even continued services BUT like I said previously something was better then nothing. Again the therapists are awesome so it’s made it easier to deal with But if you don’t HAVE to choose corner stone I would recommend going else where . Sincerely a tired , frustrated , non military autism homeschooling momma whose been screaming out for help for months.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. My children felt safe and comfortable from the beginning and they are unbelievably shy. The therapists are friendly, professional and very good at their job. I know my son and I will truly miss this place.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Cornerstone 10 stars I would! My daughter was seen by Ms. Linda and Ms. Jenna at Cornerstone from age 3-6. We could not be more happy and grateful for our experience with them, as they have helped my daughter improve on her skills tremendously. When we first started attending OT and ST my daughter would scream the entire session. It was stressful for everyone involved, but I trusted them both with my daughter and we pushed through. Over time my daughter became extremely comfortable with these ladies and therapy sessions would start with a smile, clapping, and hugs. She truly started to enjoy therapy and in turn, gain a lot from each session. We are extremely disheartened that we had to move away, due to changing duty stations, because we would have loved to stay there. My daughter developed bonds with both therapists that are irreplaceable and we truly miss them! I have and will continue to recommend Cornerstone to anyone! I don't think my daughter would be where she is today if it wasn't for Linda and Jenna's hard work, consistency, experience, love for my daughter and all of their other patients, and guidance. We truly miss this place!
