Fantastic experience: I have been going here for physical therapy for over a year now? Amanda is very knowledgeable of Parkinson's disease and how to challenge my cognition abilities. I find it empowering to work with her in therapy and treatment. She has a great sense of humor, clearly instructs and demonstrates each exercise, her recommendations are a combination of self guided with the freedom for me to share my feedback as to how I'd like to set the pace. She provides guidance but does not push me too hard to the point I experience pain or fatigue the next day.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so friendly at STAR PT, I was kind of disappointed that I no longer need their service. But, that is the goal and through my personally crafted therapy plan I was able to eliminate the neck pain I’ve been experiencing. They also ensure ongoing progress after graduating the program by putting together exercises I can do in my own to continue building strength and preventing further injury. Their knowledge and professionalism will continue to improve my circumstances. I highly recommend STAR PT for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time doing any sort of physical therapy. The location was easy to find and to get to. The staff were all smiles and amazing to work with. The session went well and I left with a print out that fully explained the exercises I was to do three times a week. I am looking forward to my next appointment. I understand that this will not resolve my shoulder issues, but now I am being shown what I can do on my own to make them less limiting.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend star physical therapy! They are so professional. They are also very warm and caring. CATHERINE was my therapist. She knew exactly what I needed. I had surgery on my shoulder and by the time I walked out of there, my shoulder was functioning, the way it was supposed to function. And she was always willing to help me and give me more exercises to do so that I could build my strength even more. if you need physical therapy of any kind of this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: My physical therapy was excellent, my therapist was very friendly, extremely supportive, but also knew when to make me push my boundaries knowing I could do it even when I felt I couldn't. I felt extremely defeated and depressed my first day there and didn’t think PT could possibly relieve the extreme pain I was suffering from, but I was wrong; it was actually a godsend and so was my physical therapist. I have absolutely no complaints, the whole staff was very friendly including the front desk, 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is a great facility. They have been able to get rid of the pain that I've been experiencing for over a year. I have stretches I can do at home incase the pain flairs up. I highly recommend Star Physical Therapy and my physical therapist, Megan. The office staff is friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: Erin is really good, and contacted my Dr. When she found something concerning. They worked with my schedule and Erin allowed me to push a little hard during my therapy to get better. I will always try to return there any time I am in need of physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: The whole Team is great! Always communicative and supportive from the front desk to the floor. Dylan has been so helpful from my initial time with them post shoulder surgery for almost a year to me bringing my son here for a shoulder injury from football. I'm here again as well for both knees. I feel comfortable in their hands as a combat veteran that has seen a lot of PT and OT along the way.

Fantastic experience: Upon visiting this therapy facility, my first thoughts were that I didn't need the therapy, however, it proved that not to be so. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. My physical therapist, Cecyle, worked with me to ensure that my areas of insecurities were strengthened and allowed me to explore and improve those areas of weakness. I now have more confidence in several areas of accomplishing my daily activities. Thank you STAR for the confidence that I now have to face task with more confidence. Fantastic experience: Catherine was a fantastic physical therapist. She worked with me listen to me and help me work through the pain that I was having in my back and my knees. I really enjoyed the experience and the time that I spent different and strategies to help build strong muscles in my back and legs with Catherine at physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Dylan H. and Megan are personable and very professional. Some of the best physical therapists I've ever seen. Testing and assessments were so thorough, that combined with their experience, prognosis, and treatments were much more effective than preceding providers. I felt better after the first few sessions. I'm confident that we're on the right track to recovery. Additionally, I have picked up exercises that I can do at home; so I can manage my balance issues and going forward.

Fantastic experience: I'm doing Physical Therapy for a Full Knee replacement. The Physical Therapist Technicians at Star Physical Therapy are very knowledgeable able my condition. They always explain to me the importance of the exercises and strength training techniques that they assist me with during my session. I went in the door very nervous about this recovery. And now , with the help of the Physical Therapy Technicians, I'm sure that I will my recovery will be a great.

Fantastic experience: I went to Star before and after my knee replacement. I can't say anything but the best about the whole staff. From the front desk to all the therapists, everyone has been nothing but nice, fun to work with and very professional . They worked around my Doctors appointments and personal schedules. I am now able to use a cane to walk again

Fantastic experience: My father is over 90 & was in need of a lot of Physical Therapy to help him deal with his medical issues. The entire team from front to back is truly first class personified. One important trait that separates them from so many other people in life & business is that they make their patients feel like they are at home by remembering everyone they see. Everytime I bring my dad in for his therapy sessions. Patients who come in are often greeted by the admissions team on a professional pleasant yet personal basis. This is a big deal to me because not every org has a team that invested in their patients wellbeing with all so respect. I see major hospitals with larger pt teams that won’t remember the same patient a they’ve had under care multiple sessions. Let alone remember an entire roster of patients. I’m just saying. The quality of care the therapist deliver to my dad is bar none the best I’ve seen & he has experienced. I see how other therapist engage their patients with patients, Time understanding & dedication needed in order to get the most of the folks who recovering from factors which brought them to Star Physical in the first place.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Megan for 6 months. The entire process was incredible. Megan listened to me, asked questions in detail, and came up with fun ways to push me. The entire staff is kind and inviting. Everyone knew me by name. This place took a really difficult situation and somehow made it fun. The level of care and empathy they show everyone who walks in the door is unmatched.

Fantastic experience: I visited this location on July 3, 2023, the staff was amazing, they are extremely helpful with helping you fill either out the paperwork on tablet, they are fantastic staff when it comes to assisting those of visual disability. I HIGHLY suggest and recommend you to visit if you’re looking for a good PT location for differential pains

Fantastic experience: If you’re going to PT expecting a miracle, you may feel disappointed or defeated. Don’t. Most times you just have to be patient and trust they know what they’re doing. I know sometimes it’s a bummer that insurance says you have to try PT first… even if it’s something that’s going to lead to surgery anyways. Be nice to them, because they really will do as much as they can to help you avoid an operating room, and even if you end up in one, they will help you recover even better, and the whole time, they do it in a way that’s dignified, respectful, compassionate (even if sometimes PT feels like a dungeon of pain haha), and occasionally even FUN! Everyone there is very easy to talk to, and especially accommodating. I’ve worked with them in the past (pre-disabled), and when returning to PT came up again now (disabled) they were my go-to choice! Communicating and coordinating with them was an absolute BREEZE, and the disabled parking and wheelchair access is pretty good too. They don’t have automatic doors, but they aren’t heavy or anything, and there’s always someone who pops up to help anyways! The only reason I even know it’s not heavy, is I insisted on doing it myself… then user-error caught my caster wheel weird and I accepted the help standing by haha! I would recommend the rockSTARs at STAR PT, any day! Every single person there, is just so great. And likes pizza. She’s basically a tortoise shell Garfield. If that last part makes no sense, it’s because while writing this out I accidentally hit voice to text when the wrecking ball of a cat (that is very obese, and not happy about being on a kitty-diet) we recently adopted came in looked like she was doing the mental calculations to mission impossible a slice away from one of the kids. I figure I’ll just leave that portion here as a treat to anyone who actually reads reviews hahaha! Anyway, STAR is great, and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for PT, and since I have a large family, we already know where to go for the rest of the fam too. Just not the cats, obviously.

I went to this location because I needed both occupational and physical therapy, and they set my appointments back-to-back. My therapists combined a supportive manner with intelligent analysis of what I needed to do to recover and a variety of activities so I never grew bored. Fantastic experience: Star has truly been a 5 star experience. The level of knowledge is superior to all others I have experienced and the level of care and concern matches. I have had Bilateral knee replacement and participated in pre and post treatment therapy sessions. I credit the staff and environment for a great portion of motivation and my success. I am highly motivated to become strong and get moving, thank you Star, for helping me meet my goal.
