Positive experience: I’d love to give a 5 Star but I just can’t. Don’t get me wrong the 2 visits I had were good but on my second visit we talked bout a treatment plan. Which I really felt pushed into. I told the Dr what I could afford and he was like no that won’t do cause, you will never get it paid off. Well unfortunately I have other bills too. So they got me for $150. AND wanted $150 a month. When I got home I really had time to think about it and the shots he was wanting me to have I decided I wanted to do more research on them. Cause I haven’t had a good outcome with medicine before, so I called the office and she said Well I can’t refund a partial payment. Really? Why not? Never heard of such a thing. So I guess I’m just out that $80 that should be refunded back to me cause, I’m not going back. I was supposed to go back for a back brace but, 1) I had to go to work so I called and left message I wouldn’t be there. By the way I asked them to return my call to be sure they got the message. I never got a returned call so, I’ll probably be charged $20 for an no show and 2) my insurance is going to cover my back brace some place else. Oh let me add my first visit was $20 and the one girl said it my insurance covered $20 unlimited visits. When I asked about that they said they never said that but yet there was a lady in front of me and I overhead they charged her only $20 too. My husband was going to go to them for his neck but, like he said the Drs attitude really changed when I told him what we could pay a month (which was a nice amount but he wanted more) And to think this place was referred to me. I was really hoping I found someone that could honestly help me. But beware you’ll be talked into something before you have time to think about it and you won’t get no refund if you decide not to do it. And yes I did contact my bank and they agreed it was wrong

Fantastic experience: My son had post concussive syndrome from a fall on ice and his spine (awful). Dr. Nebbons lined him up..HUGE DIFFERENCE BY THE END IF TREATMENT.

Fantastic experience: Nebben's staff is truly exceptional. I recently tried their soft wave therapy for my knee pain and the results were astonishing. After just one treatment, I could walk downstairs without any pain, something I hadn't been able to do for a long time. This improvement convinced me to sign up for their treatment plan. I highly recommend Nebben to anyone suffering from chronic pain.

Positive experience: I wish some of the therapies they offer such as stem cell and wave therapies we're covered by insurance to deal with the pain I have had in my knee for ages. Unfortunately they are not in my case and it would have cost me thousands to go thru the program. l elected not to go that route cuz I don't the money and it seems like a gamble to me. I also don't live close so coming multiple times a week wasn't an option. Instead they only offered me DME knee braces which insurance covered. I'll see how they go. May have to go the more traditional route to deal with the pain if it gets worse. Staff was nice. Only constructive criticism I would have would be to inform me on the first visit that most insurances don't cover the cost. I could have saved 2 tanks of gas.

Fantastic experience: Right away Dr. Nebben knew exactly how to help me. I've been having chronic back pain for ahwile now, due to work, and he knew exactly what points in my back needed addressing. There were spots in my back that I didn't even know I was having issues with but he knew right away! I've gone to three different doctors before and he was the first who actually listened to my concerns and provided a treatment plan. I am so excited to finally start feeling better!

Trust me if you start here, you will not have to go any further. You will be treated with respect, listened to and get the help/care you deserve.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nebben is absolutely fabulous. He has taken my pains away numerous occassions. The staff is friendly n helpful. I almost had surgery on my shoulder until Dr Nebben gave me the relief I was desperately needing in just a few chiropractic sessions. 10 out of 10 hands down!

Fantastic experience: Clean office friendly staff Non traditional twist and pop treatment of back pain uses percussion tools to slowly adjust MY EXPERIENCE HAS CHANGED MY LIFE! Before being seen I couldn't be on feet more than 15 mins before excruciating pain in back and legs. Now,! I can walk and do things I haven't been able to in 4 years

Positive experience: I’ve been visiting Dr Nebben since 2019 for regular back adjustments. I’ve also had stem cells injected into my knees to relieve constant pain and eliminate the need for prescription medications. In addition I have had Sanexas treatments to help strengthen my back. I trust Dr Nebben and his team to help keep me mobile when my body is ailing.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Nebben Physical Medicine. After only a month of treatment i am wearing jeans for the first time since May. I was also able to walk a long distance in the airport while before treatment I had to use a scooter to just grocery shop.

Positive experience: I scheduled an appointment and got the appointment confirmation message. When I arrived at the clinic, I was told the doctor was not in and was on holiday for the next week. Had to push my appointment out another week. I was told all appointments are automatically confirmed and approved without actually checking with the doctors schedule.

Fantastic experience: Sept 2021, my daughter and I had got into a relatively bad accident that caused some back issues. The staff made us feel right at home. I had a four y/o with me for the beginning of my treatments and they accommodated him and preoccupied him so I could get my therapy done. I walked in there just living with the pain. But with Jade & Katherine’s help with physical therapy, Nebbens Chiropractic adjustments to my back, and Kim’s injections I’ve never felt better. I can’t recommend this place enough. Negative experience: Scam alert! Been twice. Neither time did anyone put their hands on me. The first time they were a half hour late for my appt. then they made me watch a half hour video on “regenerative medicine” which uses stem cells to heal tissue. That was not what I was there for, but ok. I watched, hoping eventually I’d get an adjustment. Nope. Had x rays and was sent on my way TWO HOURS LATER!!! OMG I almost lost my mind. So they reschedule me to go over and talk about treatments. I just left. Waited 20 minutes still not seen by a chiro. Decided to just walk out, after they told me to wait in another chair for x rays that I already had. This place seriously needs some courses in business management. I heard some man’s payment was $1100. So if you go here know that you will be pitched their most expensive therapy. They will not actually touch or help you. They just want $$$$.

Negative experience: Terrible communication. Consistently late or rescheduling appointments. Doesn't seem to care about patients, just rotates through as many as possible in the shortest amount of time. The nurse doing the prp treatment is the worst phlebotomist I've ever had. She could never stick a vein right in the first try, very painful. Definitely wish I would have gotten a second opinion before commiting to his treatment plan. The pain weakened but never went away.

Everyone knows exactly what they are doing, It doesn't matter what the reason for the visit is, there is always someone able to answer a question, or help out. The atmosphere is always calm, caring, and very friendly. I enjoy coming to this office.

Fantastic experience: I have spent several years at another pain specialist in clarksville just getting injections and painkillers for my pain. I was tired of hurting so I found Nebben physical Medicine and decided to give it a try. After going twice a week for a month now I am happy with the results. The intense pain i was getting is gone and I am regaining mobility back without the use of painkillers or invasive injections or Radio Frequency to burn nerves.
