Gentle Pain Release

Fantastic experience: I am so happy if found Gentle Pain Release! I know there is no cure for all my spine issues but the relief I get from this method is so helpful. Thanks to all the staff, you are super!

Fantastic experience: I selected GPR after hip surgery. Walking incorrectly with a sore hip for so long had really affected my gait. Rita &Julie both worked to ease all the tight muscles in my hip and spine and I have never been more flexible and pain free . I have referred friends for sciatica and lower back pain and they have been thrilled with the results!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from horrific low back, hip, and knee pain, along with all over joint pain since two rough battles with COVID 19. When my new doc suggested PT, I refused after two previous failed attempts. However, he said Gentle Pain Release is different and IT REALLY IS!! From the easy intake process and friendliness of staff, through initial evaluation with Rita and treatment with Julie (and others), it’s been a wonderful experience. They strive to relieve your pain before all else and I’m proof that this type of individualized, hands-on treatment works!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent on all levels! As stated in the name, they are Gentle but they are also far more professional and therapeutic than my previous experience with pre and post op physical therapy. The staff at Gentle Pain Release treat me like a person, not a billing number. They worked with me to get a thorough history and understand how my recent injury interrupted my active lifestyle. We then implemented an individualized plan tailored to my specific needs. I had sciatic and peroneal nerve damage with severe pain and drop foot. In just a few sessions after my surgical laminectomy I’m actually getting better, regaining my ambulatory stability and working on my hiking endurance. I would encourage everyone to do their own research and talk with providers to compare services before simply accepting a PT assignment from their doctor. My doctor gave me an open order for PT so I could make my own choice. I walked in and spoke to the people at Gentle Pain Release before signing up and now I am so glad I did.

Fantastic experience: My first experience at Gentle Pain Release was absolutely amazing! My first encounter with their clients proves that what they do here really works. The patients are all in such high spirits and will strike up a conversation whilst waiting in the lobby. This is so foreign to me- I’m use to doctors offices where no one really speaks to each other. This was a breath of fresh air! The staff is incredibly friendly. Adam is so professional and is so through in explaining everything that he finds out of sorts with your muscles and explains problems that may occur down the road if misalignments persist. He gives your “homework” to help improve his treatment— which works! I am so grateful to have found him again! He is the absolute best in finding the issue and helping you resolve it. I cannot say enough good things about him! If you’re in pain- seek this holy grail of alternative treatments out! I promise you will not be disappointed!
