Full Spectrum Pediatric Therapy

Negative experience: We had been bringing our child here and unfortunately this place is unprofessional! Not to mention they broke hippa by discussing identifying information and details about our child while the whole lobby could hear it. After confronting them the woman at the front desk stopped greeting me as i came in the door. She is unprofessional & rude and i would never recommend getting services through this place! Completely the worst business in Clarksville.

Negative experience: While I was away for schooling in the military in Oklahoma my wife had some medical issues which prevented her from taking my son to his appts. I attempted to call and leave voicemails to cancel which I later found out was to the wrong place. When I contacted them to try to resolve this they told me they could not refund my $100 fee for the no show and had discharged my son.

Negative experience: I was given a referral for my daughter back in January 3 months passed by and I gave them a call because they hadn’t reached out, they told me I didn’t have to call and that they would call me as soon as a spot open up fast forward it’s August and never heard from them.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVED this place! The staff is SO nice and do an amazing job! My sons therapist was wonderful and you can tell she genuinely cared for all the babies/kids she helps! My son loved his therapist as well! Would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Speech therapist didn't seem to understand the importance of building rapport and it turns out she was also a lier as her verbal report was different then the written report.

Fantastic experience: Full Spectrum is a heaven send. I have two sons who go here ( one for speech services and the other occupational therapy) and they meet both of their needs while working with me and my schedule for everyone’s benefit. ABSOLUTELY every single person who works here ,from Ashley at the front desk to all the therapist and assistants , everyone ( especially Ms. Felica tho ) is kind , helpful and has a big heart for these kids. They have made a huge positive impact on both my sons lives and overall happiness. My youngest who is in speech I have seen the biggest improvement in tho. Within a few months his whole behavior changed, he started speaking and using sign language. I was able to sign him up for preschool because of the improvements in his behavior and now we are even signing him up for a sport . His life has been literally improved in every aspect and it’s all because of the support Full Spectrum gives not only to the patient but us as parents to help them too. Blessed to have found this place and wouldnt want to go anywhere else. I would give some many more stars ⭐️ is possible!

Negative experience: They started out great then started lying and saying my daughters heart appointments weren't as important as theirs, and that I wasnt important. They wanted me to leave my daughter alone with a complete stranger. I fought for months to be able to take my daughter to them against the advice of vanderbilt. So when the lying and everything else started I decided to go back to the vanderbilt downsydrome clinic. They told me I wasnt allowed access to my daughters medical records and then called dcs because I changed offices and called them on their lies between my husband and I. I can truly see why vanderbilt didnt want me going to them. And at the time the doctors didnt even want her in therapy yet. I had to push for that as well. It's truly sad when people care more about their money than they do the children they are treating. Worst part is I have it all on recording

Fantastic experience: My son had been going to Full Spectrum since he was 7 years old and now he is 15 years old. Full Spectrum to us are like family. They care a great deal for each child and help them to succeed. As a mom that was told he wouldn't be able to accomplish much on his own reading, writing, social skills and so forth. He has come so far behaviorally, emotionally, and socially. Without the love and care he feels everyone he walks in the door it would be impossible. There he can be himself and not be judged. And that is an amazing experience. Thank you to all of Full Spectrum staff and therapist!

Fantastic experience: I am writing in response to Lacey G. comments regarding her experience at Full Spectrum Pediatric Therapy. We take great pride in our services and strive for profession, quality, fun, specialized therapy services for all children we serve. I am always available to speak to anyone or any parent at any time to discuss their child's evaluation, progress, and their treatment plan they are receiving; however, I can not address your concerns when you choose to discuss your issues on a public forum rather than in person. During the one hour or more one on one evaluation, and parent interview; the parent's goals as well as concerns are always discussed with the parent and reflected in the written evaluation. Also, each child sees the same therapist each visit so your statement that "some therapists are good and some are not" makes me wonder how did your son see all 6 of the therapists? Full Spectrum Pediatric Therapy currently has two clinics - one in Erin, TN & here in Clarksville, TN and services two school districts staffed with excellent, compassionate, professionals that take the progress of their patients seriously as do I. We wish you and your son the best.

Negative experience: I'll never ever recommend this place to nobody. My daughter goes here for OT and PT and the owner and other therapist are bias. Mrs Lana has been very disrespectful towards me since the first day I met her cause I called her out on what was false information on my daughter's evaluation report. Then my daughter's OT therapist has disrespected me and is a conflict of interest in my custody battle. They all are very one sided and very unprofessional, so this is not a very good business at all.

Fantastic experience: I am so extremely grateful for the staff and specially the owner of Full Spectrum Pediatric Therapy. My son have autism and have been going to FSPT since he was 4 yrs old,now he is 15yrs old. He have improve a lot.When the doctors said he wasn’t able to accomplish certain skills,the therapists and Lana(owner) give us all the support and teach us how we can work at home with my son. They have Social Group for the teens, that is a huge blessing. My son has been able to interact and improve tremendously his social skills. As a mom for me to be over 10 yrs going to a place is because this place have the right staff and right management for parents like me be able to accomplish goals with their kids. I highly reccoment Full Spectrum Pediatric Therapy and I encourage you to contact Lana and know her personally. She is the type of therapist and owner that gives you 100% support and even go to IEP’s to advocate and support you as parent. This previous reviews in my personal opinion are lies and I don’t believe them. All parents I know and I have been able to talk always said good stuff about FSPT! Thank you Lana and staff for always support me and teach me to see the world of special needs as a blessing! Without you guys my son will not be where he is now! You guys are family to me!
