ACT Family Counseling. A Place Where People Are Helped to Help Themselves. Licensed counseling in the Inland Empire area.

We provide individual counseling, marriage counseling, and family support. We support people of all identities, ethnicities, religions, orientations, lifestyles, and backgrounds. We are here to help, whatever it is.

Everyone’s situation is different. Your insurance will also help to determine your out-of-pocket costs. To learn about our fees, please give us a call so we can help.

Therapy/psychotherapy/counseling is the process of meeting with a trained, credentialed professional on a (usually) weekly, ongoing basis to help you recognize and change deep-rooted and potentially self-sabotaging mental and emotional behaviors, thoughts, and patterns that will keep you feeling stuck, in pain, and away from the life you want to live.

What you share in a session is completely confidential except in three cases: 1) if there is an immediate threat of harm to self or others, 2) if there is suspicion of child or dependent elder abuse, or 3) if we are required to cooperate with court subpoena. All of our digital communications are secure as any emails sent to and from our office are encrypted above HIPAA’s standards

Fantastic experience: Dianne Gibbs is amazing. I have been seeing for about a year. She is a great listener. She has great feedback and resources to help out with areas of concern. Only complaint is that I'm not too happy with the new method of scheduling being implemented new by management. They need to leave well enough alone.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy virtual/ telephone therapy with Ms.Diane. She listens and gives back great insight. I love the text messages confirming each appointment because it’s a great reminder for me . Also everyone I’ve spoken with when calling in has always been professional.

Fantastic experience: I have met with Stacy twice and already feel a sense that this is going to help. I was hesitant to try therapy as I never have before but she listens, doesn’t judge, and offers some good suggestions. I would recommend her anytime.
