Hillsboro Medical Center Primary Care Clinic, Orenco Station

Positive experience: Been there once and so far I can say they earn their rating . The doctor almost completely ignored why I went in and just went with what he wanted to do. One issue I went in with was my ear is clogged with wax from ear plugs. He looked and told me my ear is clogged with wax and to take care of it. Got a new PCP. He's the opposite of how I felt the first day. So I'm updating my rating to 4 stars instead of 1.

Fantastic experience: The only reason I decided to see a doctor at this clinic was because it was close to my home. I moved here in December of 2017. The only reason I started going here was because I needed a new GP that was closer to me. But coming here was really a blessing. All of the staff here know me, and it’s apparent how much each and every person I know there cares about me and their other patients. They put a lot of effort into making every patient feel comfortable, and ensuring that they get the care they need, whatever it may be. I can honestly say I’ve never met a group of clinicians that was more professional, more caring, or more compassionate than these folk.
