Fantastic experience: First time doing PT for a pulled hamstring and some scar tissue. Saw Nicole exclusively for my treatment and she was wonderful. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Made me feel very comfortable and so happy to have seen results from our sessions. The office is great, very clean facilities and appointment times always on point, never had to wait. Highly recommend this office and Nicole.

Fantastic experience: Sam has been amazing working with our 5yo daughter Emma for the past 7 months to strengthen her right leg and improve motion in her right ankle. When Emma was 4yo, she was diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis in her right ankle and on the top of her right foot on her talus bone. When I called Total Orthopedics, Sam answered and took the time to discuss what we were looking for specifically when so many other places simply dismissed us once when we said it was a Pediatric need. He said he could absolutely help Emma, which was a huge sense of relief. Sam worked directly with our insurance for approvals/coverage and above all is just the best with Emma and has really helped improve her strength and motion. She is always so excited to go to Physical Therapy. Sam also provided a very thorough Home Exercise routine for us to continue working on. I highly recommend Sam at Total Orthopedics. He has been a lifesaver for our family during a very difficult time. We are so grateful Sam took the time to speak with us and help our daughter.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars, I will! Sam is the life-time physical therapist you would ever need. I have been seeing him for a few years. Started with unknown back pains, it turned out the pain was triggered by stress. Sam also fixed my BPPV after a couple of failed sessions with another doctor. Sam is my go to doc when the tension of my body needs a relief. Highly recommended Sam to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I broke my foot and came to see Sam after feeling desperate as I spent 5 weeks with a previous physical therapist and was still no where close to walking. I could barely put weight on my foot without pain. Sam was able to identify why I was in pain and unable to walk and showed me exactly what I needed to do to improve first my mobility and then my strength. It has been a looong road but not only am I finally walking, but I was even able to jog today! I cannot express how grateful I am to Sam for helping me get to where I am now. He is phenomenal!

Fantastic experience: When I started going to Sam I was in pretty bad shape, with a severe back injury and other issues. Sam's expertise helped me recover from my issues and become pain free, and much stronger and more confident. He's very patient and I think he provides excellent care.
