Hoboken's acclaimed physical therapy clinic conveniently located uptown inside the Shipyard on the corner of 14th and Hudson Street.

Our uptown location is on the corner of 14th Street and Hudson Street. We are two blocks from the Hoboken 14th Street Ferry Terminal and one block from the bus stop on 14th and Washington Street. We have free validated parking.

Our practitioners will work with you within our treatment rooms for your privacy or within our spacious gym. With a variety of state of the art equipment, our techniques, training, and guidance we can reduce acute or chronic pain, improve mobility and flexibility, and provide you with the quality of life you deserve.

Your options are unlimited when you need any of our provided specialties in addition to orthopedic treatment on-site at our clinic. We are proud to be able to help your entire family’s needs with our full-spectrum of treatment programs, including our Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor programs to ease pregnancy back pain and post-pregnancy recovery and also our Pediatric treatment services, for any challenges that are developmental or neurological in nature your child may be experiencing.

This state of the art facility is brand new with ample sunlight. We have 4 treatment beds spaced out throughout the main gym area, in addition to one private treatment room. Our brand new equipment includes weights, bands, stretch cage, box steps, rebounder, bosu ball, physioball, slideboard, TRX and much more. In addition, we have electrical stimulation, hot/cold packs, ultrasound, AISTM tools, cupping set and theragun to maximize your health goals.

We are available when you need us most and are focused your recovery and rehabilitation back to a full and balanced life. We also provide appointments times that are convenient for you so your routine can remain uninterrupted.

Fantastic experience: I went to Exchange Physical Therapy after I had my son via a c section. Lauren was so amazing in helping me recover and get stronger again. The entire staff here are so friendly and welcoming especially Christina at the front desk. I highly recommend any new mama to see Lauren.

Fantastic experience: I’m a couple sessions in but so far have loved my experience. From the first call setting up an appointment, to the personalized care - it’s all been a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and so nice! I’ll be doing PT for the next few months and am happy to have found EPTG to help with my recovery.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the uptown location of Exchange PT for ~8 months following an ACL and meniscus tear. Their team has been absolutely phenomenal throughout the pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation process. I can’t thank Jailyn and the rest of the team enough for the progress I’ve made this far. Always a warm welcoming environment for each session and I rest assured knowing their team carefully curates a plan for my rehabilitation based on the nature of my injury and how my body reacts to certain movements. 10/10 would recommend for anybody that finds themselves with a sports-related injury and wants to get back to doing the things they love. Thanks you guys!

Fantastic experience: Lauren goes ABOVE & BEYOND. She has made tremendous progress on my body and I feel like a new person. I felt improvement in every session which amazed me. I am impressed with Lauren’s knowledge, accuracy, confidence and consistency. To top it off, she is a blast to be around and is extraordinarily comforting. Thank you, Lauren!!!! To the rest of the staff, Jailyn and Alex, who have performed my dry needling - they are awesome, talented and a ton of fun. Dry needling has been SUPER beneficial. Thank you guys for the support and motivation. Last but not least, Christina + Nicole, at the front desk have been super accommodating, organized and INCREDIBLY kind. 1000/10 for this group, staff and results. Fantastic experience: I love this place and I always feel that I am getting excellent care. Alex, Lauren, Jailyn, and Dan have all worked with me and I learn something new every time I work with them. They are extremely coordinated and all of them are on top of your individual care. I had a total hip replacement and I don’t know what I would have done without them. I feel stronger every day and most of all I look forward to going there as the atmosphere is so positive and fun. I highly recommend them!!!
