Fantastic experience: Very nice and clean facility. Customer service ???? the entire staff is very nice and pleasant. The manager is very friendly and actually cared about your health and recovery. They were able to accommodate my last minute bookings and lateness to appointments which I appreciate a lot. I will recommend this facility ????

Fantastic experience: Athletico was recommended by my Orthopedic surgeon for therapy for my full knee replacement. I found them to be very competent and attentive to my needs. We set goals then worked very hard to achieve them. I highly recommend Athletico to anyone dealing with a significant surgery.

I worked with Vinny for my knee and he was awesome; wrote out a carefully thought-out recovery plan, answered every question with enthusiasm, and continued to check-in. Highly recommend for anybody looking for a speedy recovery.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Athletico Hoffman Estates. Rachana was my physical therapist twice. Once after knee replacement surgery and then again for chronic low back pain. She was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, personable and attentive. I never felt like a number. She gave me very personalized attention everytime I was there. She also gave me feedback to make sure I was performing the exercises properly and gave me tips on what I needed to do to continue my progress at home. I went home with a printout of all my exercises. A copy of all the exercises was sent to my phone and my email along with how to videos that I could access at anytime. Everyone there seems to give the same personalized attention to every single patient. I always left the session feeling better than when I got there. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone looking for physical therapy. I’ve had PT previously and it was definitely not at this level.

Fantastic experience: I have recently completed a three week physical therapy session at Athletico Physical Therapy in Hoffman Estates located at The Club at Prairie Stone. I went there in need of physical therapy suggested by my doctor to address severe pain emanating from my left lower back. On my initial session with Rachana we went through a survey that inquired as to the symptoms and degree of pain I was experiencing, the times and activities I was doing during the day when I was experiencing the pain, the duration of the pain, and how the pain was effecting my mobility. After the survey I started the therapy under the direction of Rachana. Rachana instructed as to the movement of the exercise, what the muscle/joint the exercise will be targeting, and what the expected results of the exercise I should experience. After my first session I truly felt better. My movement the next day was better and there was less severity of the pain. The sessions after the first session included new exercises, questions were asked by Rachana concerning progress being made to be compared with the results of the initial survey. My sessions lasted 3 weeks with 3 sessions per week. The sessions were scheduled to accommodate my schedule. There was one session which Rachana could not attend and another therapist, Nicole, attended my session. Nicole followed the regiment that Rashana created and it was liked Rashana was there. During my sessions Ariel, an intern, was there when Rachana was attending other clients to ensure that I was performing the exercises properly with the correct repetitions. After the completion of my therapy the final survey was performed to determine the progress and success of the physical therapy. There was a 94% improvement from my initial survey. I could not have been more pleased. An at home regiment was developed for me to follow based on the exercises I learned. I was given the web site, which included videos of the exercises I’ve done, to track my daily routine. I am confident that in time my mobility will be at 100% and there will be no memory of any pain. I am very appreciative of the professionalism, kindness, care, and yes the enjoyment I received from the staff at Athletico Physical Therapy in Hoffman Estates.
