Pain Therapy Associates was founded in 1986 by Dr. Carey Dachman. He had a vision to create a medical office by combining the top specialists in the fields of rheumatology, neurology, psychology and physical therapy to provide accessible healthcare to the Chicagoland community. Dr. Wajde Dabah was inspired by this dream and with the help of our dedicated staff was able to incorporate the field of pain management and grow the practice into the award-winning center it is today.

The future of healthcare lies in working hand-in-hand with technology and as healthcare workers we embrace emerging healthcare technologies to stay at the forefront of modern medicine. We have quickly adapted to incorporate virtual telehealth appointments and remote monitoring devices for patients. Our providers are trained on the latest minimally invasive pain procedures, neuromodulation techniques, as well as transcranial magnetic stimulation.
