Superior Physical Therapy - Idaho Falls

Fantastic experience: Zac and Kylee have helped me with several chronic conditions. I now have increased range of motion in my neck and shoulders; better posture; less back pain and fewer carpal tunnel and ulnar nerve problems. I am pleased with my improved strength and stamina from doing the home exercises they taught me. I highly recommend the Superior Physical Therapy providers. They are skilled, respectful and kind. The atmosphere of the clinic is friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place for physical therapy! I’ve suffered from extreme plantar fasciitis and haven’t been able to walk without pain in a few years. I’m almost done with 6 weeks of therapy and I can walk with no pain!! All the staff is so amazing! I had Tyler and Yvonne as my therapist’s and they were so awesome and attentive! 5 stars from me!

Fantastic experience: I have not one bad thing to say about this clinic! I have never been treated better!! The environment is always happy and friendly, the staff, you can tell, have been doing what they're doing long enough that they have their routine down and are very efficient, but not too long that they've grown tired or jaded of what they do! Best PT office in all of Idaho!!! I would 100% recommend to anyone!!!!

Fantastic experience: I started my therapy following a Three Level Lumbar Fusion. I worked with both Jesse and Sam, and was very happy with both of them. Because I had a nerve sack that was being crushed in my back it caused weakness and intense pain in my left leg, forcing me to use a cane for several years prior to my surgery. I went into therapy thinking in a few months I would be able to get rid of the cane and walk on my own again. But because of severe arthritis in my left hip, we realized that if I was able to walk on my own again it would probably be a little here and there around my home. So my therapy also included trying to get that hip to loosen up as much as possible, in addition to re-training the same leg to walk again. So far no luck on ditching the cane, but I’m still working on strengthening the leg and aiming for any improvement. I’m now doing therapy on my own at home. I’m doing the exercises Jesse and Sam taught me and I’m slowly regaining some strength in that leg. I’m still hopeful that with enough therapy I may be able to walk on my own, at least at home where I feel safe with that sort of movement. It’s been 9 months since my surgery and I was given a 12 month recovery time. Considering I still have 3 months to recover, I’m hoping my leg will continue to get stronger. I have much less pain in my leg and back, which I attribute to the surgery of course, but also the therapy. I’m grateful for the help from Jesse and Sam, who fine tuned the exercises that were vital for me to do to not just get stronger, but to feel more confident while moving in a way I haven’t been able to in several years. They taught me enough to feel comfortable moving around my home and a few other ‘safe’ zones.
