Life Care Center of Idaho Falls

Fantastic experience: My grandmother is here. she seems so much more happier here than with us. The building is kinda confusing at first to find you way around but you will get the hang of it. I love visiting her here. The staff are always will to help and are so kind.

Fantastic experience: Life Care took such great care of me. If I had any needs it was addressed immediately and with extra measure. The food was great, my room was kept clean, and I received so much compassion from staff, that I now call friends. The therapists, Doctor Baker and Josh bent over backwards for me. They truly care like family and I would recommend them to my family. Special shout out to Jared who is magnificent at wearing so many hats. Many thanks to you all.

Positive experience: I had a wonderful visit with Becky. The time that we were there she had lots of nurses or AIDS that were there to help her. So I was impressed with your staff that you have. The help was kind and considerate to her. The one thing that I would change would be the cleanliness of the room. We have been to see Becky multiple times and there is absolutely no place to sit because of the clutter. To me they need to have the chairs cleaned off and not just clothes and items stacked in the chairs. Not only is it unsightly, but it is also not comfortable for being able to visit her. I would not give a very good grade to housekeeping. There were things all over the floor and it needed to be picked up. So I would give the health care people and A and I would give housekeeping probably a D. I felt that the facility was very careful with the covid which I am grateful for. There were masks and hand sanitizers. While we were there one of the AIDS swabbed Becky's nose they are keeping close observation there. I would have to give that an A grade.
