Telecare Riverside County Psychiatric Health Facility

Fantastic experience: This place is sickening! Full of secrets and staph members accused of the very worst with minor children all covered up by this facility and the CPS. If your child is here you better be ton high alert . Even with evidence nobody is held accountable.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Telecare for treating my love one with kindness, during these challenging moment of his life. Thank you again! Telecare staff allowed him to reach out to his family as many times as he needed. As a family member reassuring him he is loved is vital. I believe in a power greater than myself. May ALL the staff at Telecare stay safe. My hope is that the universe provide each and everyone of you everything you desire in abundance! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I'm certain that some of the people reviewing this place are confusing the PHF (Psychiatric Health Facility) with the CSU (Crisis Stabilization Unit), so I'll explain what they are. Basically, the difference is that the CSU is the unit that we stay at immediately after a 5150 hold, usually after being brought to a hospital. They don't have any beds, only chairs & not much to do besides wait for a psychiatric telehealth visit, which is usually done on the same day or so. The PHF, on the other hand, is where we actually stay for 3+ days, more or less. They have beds, in-person psychiatric visits, and more things to do. It's a much bigger area with a court & interactive peer support employees. Anyway, my review for this is 5 stars because they were awesome and validated that I was, in fact, very sick in the head.

Positive experience: My daughter just arrived. I will keep you posted. Update: I wish I was able to visit the facility but I wasn't because of COVID. Staff was professional and kept me updated with my daughters progress. Linsey and Ester were both very helpful and even called me when she was transferred out. The Social worker Becky was very helpful as well.
