Novak Urgent Care

Fantastic experience: We got rapid testing done here today to return to Canada. Scan the barcode, pay, go to the east side of the building and call the number on the door! The nurse we had come out to deal with us was extremely nice and funny and helpful!

Positive experience: So I change my doctor to come over here because when I was a kid this place used to be helpful. No that I'm older and need to be seen, this place isn't being cooperative and not answering any phone calls. I've been calling and calling to know about my lab results and yet I haven't been seen for 3 weeks. This is ridiculous I need to know what's going on with my health and front desk people dont even bother to answer the phone. I need my check ups.

Fantastic experience: Dr Novak might be a little too serious and sometimes even a little grumpy, but he has always listened to my concerns and diagnose my symptoms very accurately. His nurse, Martha, is the best; she has worked there forever and it’s always a pleasure to interact with her too. The office hours are very convenient as well, I like the fact that he closes late, and opens Saturdays.
