Positive experience: Gary needed pain medication for exposed nerves on bilateral feet. Took us over 3 trips to get the right department, as they individualize and it was hard to get the right one. However, when he was hospitalized they work in specific teams to provide great care. Allen hospital in Waterloo wanted to amputate!! He still has both feet. Amen!!!
