Fantastic experience: After being immobilized in a series of casts for nearly two months, my healed wrist was weak and very much ‘stuck.’ Lifting even lightweight things was painful and twisting my wrist in any direction was extremely difficult. Over the next two months, Laurie worked with me, slowly and methodically manipulating the muscles and tendons in my wrist and hand, incorporating ultrasound, FlexBars, and the Graston Technique, as well as strength and rotational exercises that she assigned as my homework. I could not be happier with the results. My wrist feels nearly brand new again.
