Positive experience: I order medical supplies from Mercy mall. And the person who picks up the phone For customer service is usually the same woman; she always sounds very bored and lazy when she speaks. My order on a handful of times were entered wrong. When I would call to see what’s going on or what happened she would tell me I didn’t order correctly. But really it was her who entered it into the computer wrong. Very incompetent. And annoying.
