Fantastic experience: I had knee replacement a few months ago. I still have some tightness in my quad and hip. Shelia is very knowledgeable and gave me some things to continue at home. I will be returning for another session. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I’ve been in pain for years. Lower back, neck, legs...you name it. I was diagnosed 2 years ago with fibromyalgia. Someone had recommended Sheila and tried it. Here I am 2 years later managing my pain with the help of Healing Hands Myofascial therapy l. Highly recommend!
