Mercyhealth Urgent Care–East

Fantastic experience: I am typing this review as I am here with my 80 year old mother. We were greeted by the very friendly receptionist at the front desk. The wait was only about 15 minutes and Nikki took my Mom back for triage, she was very nice, respectful and caring, I felt like she treated my Mother like she was her Mom. We were taken back to the lab and x-ray desk where we were greeted by two really nice technicians Natalie and Jacquelyn. They made sure my Mom was comfortable and even brought her a pillow to lay her head against while she waited to do her labs. Overall this was a good experience!
