Foundation - A wellness Practice

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing one of the therapist (Lauren) for several months. I have been in counseling since I was 13 and have ridden quite the rollercoaster. I haven’t known how to connect my past with my current which was causing so many issues in my life. For the first time ever I was able to graduate to maintenance level in my therapy life ????????. All of the dot are finally connected. I have been able to make sense of things that have never made sense before. I could not be more thankful that the Lord brought me to this place! They have saved my life!

Fantastic experience: It's not my first experience trying to get help in town but, frankly it has definitely been my best. They have worked with me on my coping skills, medication plan, offered a payment plan when I was short on money one week, and even though I have cycled through insurances more than I wanted this year; they helped to make sure everything would go through without a hitch. As an added feature I receive a confirmation text the day prior to any appointment, which helps remind me.

Fantastic experience: Mrs. Vicki is the first therapist that I’ve ever been to for myself. I started a few months ago and she’s taught me multiple coping mechanisms and techniques to use for when I have anxiety or negative thoughts. She also does emdr therapy which helped with some of my triggers. Going to the foundation has helped tremendously. I recommend her to everyone I know that’s going through anything from anxiety/depression to relationship issues...
