Positive experience: My daughter is getting PT for issues with her knees. And the actual physical therapists that she works with are AMAZING. She loves them, and they are doing a wonderful job helping her. My issue is with the ladies at the front desk. I understand they are short staffed, everywhere is, but they are very short with you when you come in and borderline hateful if you have any questions or need something outside of "are you here to check in". I needed to put my daughter's insurance card on file and the lady told me "bring it back another day, I don't have time" and then when my husband tried taking it in, she told him the same thing. So he stood there until one of them would help him. It took them 3 minutes. I observed this afternoon a patient needing to schedule an appointment, and there were 3 women at the desk. One of them said "if you're needing an appointment go grab that woman out there on the phone and she can help you" making this woman go outside and get another employee who was out there talking on the phone. So 3 stars. 5 for the actual therapists. zero for the front desk ladies.

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness. I can't imagine any negative feedback from this place. I have conic skeletal and nerve pain throughout my body. I can't take pain meds. This facility has kept me on my feet for over 2 years now. I would be homebound and in bed if it wasn't for that..idk if I can name names..but it would be a long list. I will say, I prefer to work with the women. I think they push you harder. I worked commercial construction over 20 years. All I can say is these ppl know what they are doing. Are very caring and professional. I'm a very Grateful Person for this establishment!
