Fantastic experience: During my multiple visits to this office, I had the pleasure of interacting with their staff, who were all professional, sweet, and friendly from the front desk to the therapists. I feel fortunate to have been referred to this physical therapy clinic, as it is one of the best in Metairie. I had the opportunity to work with Randy as my primary physical therapist for three months due to an auto accident. He was exceptional; very knowledgeable, professional, informative, easy to talk to, and provided immense relief. On the few occasions when Randy was unavailable, Ricky, Allen, and Angele were kind enough to step in. They were all very helpful, kind, and friendly, which made my sessions go smoothly. Thanks to them, I'm feeling much better now. Although my sessions are over, I already miss those guys! I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I think this is one of the best best place there is to do any type of physical therapy the staff kind compassionate caring especially my therapist is Allen he's amazing he really really worked hard with you and make sure your not in any kind of pain so yes I would recommend this place i give it a 5.5

Positive experience: I have had water aerobics two times and I am about to start a 3rd at the wellness center pool (through outpatient rehab). ALL of the therapists are awesome! Very informative about how to do exercises, what muscles you are using and where you should feel your stretching. They are also very good about letting you know the difference between good and not good pain and how to modify exercises to not overdo it and not hurt yourself. They will answer any and all questions you have and not make you feel silly for asking. They are like family, they truly care about your well-being. Some people need more motivation and pushing than others, and you let them know what you need from them and they will deliver! My only complaint is the front office staff's attitude. When initially scheduling your appointments try to make sure you really are available to make all appointments. They only allow a certain amount of cancellations before they kick you out of water aerobics and put you at the back of the pack (meaning you will go on the wait list and may have to wait a week or 2 until there is a spot). I understand that someone else may need that spot but I also feel like things come up in everyday life that are sometimes beyond our control, especially us injured people, and I think they could be a little more understanding and not so rude. There is a difference between someone who takes advantage of their system and others who have ligitimate reasons to cancel. I myself have been brought to tears a couple times (others have told me they have been too). When you are in serious pain and can't get out of bed and have to call and cancel and you get an attitude about it from the staff it makes it so much more difficult. I usually try to talk to my tharapist directly to let them know I can't come in. They can also give tips on how to work though the pain and get you up and back to therapy sooner. What is most important though is the care from the therapists and you WILL get that! I love them and how genuine they are!
