Fantastic experience: They got us in quickly when Dad broke his hand. PA Joe Webb was knowledgeable and seemed to have quite a bit of experience. They were very accommodating for me to be “present” via a video call. I’d say this place is a good bet ( Fair disclosure - we had X-rays done and the fractures diagnosed before arriving, so not much diagnostic was done for us).

Fantastic experience: Eric Lowe was very thorough and informative. He took ample time with us to discuss the different possible options and outcomes with the treatment of my shoulder. We appreciated his kind and caring approach!

Fantastic experience: Eric showed concern for my reasons of being there. He took x-rays to make certain that the treatment was what was best for me. I had a steroid shot in my hip and Eric made me very comfortable and it was pain-free! I wish you could be all my doctors assistant physician.

Fantastic experience: Molly London ARNP was fantastic. She stepped in for the Dr who was tied up. She went over my x rays and discussed the issues. She took time explaining treatment options until I can have hip replacement. She gave me a steroid injection in my hip/ groin area, and a gel injection into my knee. She was very professional and gentle. I would highly recommend her! I appreciate her help!!

Positive experience: TCO staff were friendly and helpful on the phone and I was able to get in to be seen for a second opinion the same afternoon. The office is easily located. Front desk staff were courteous and friendly and the registration process was simple. I didn't have a long wait after arriving early, nor did I have to wait long to be seen by the provider. If it would allow me to leave a 4.75 star rating, I would, because the only thing close to a negative was that I felt rushed with the provider. With that being said, Dr. Webb was professional, courteous, and got right to the point. He was patient and helpful. I'm looking forward to continuing to receive care here and am grateful for their help!
