Fantastic experience: On a whim I just happened to book a deep tissue massage here as my first ever massage. Amanda was who I booked with and she did an amazing job! I chronically have neck and upper back muscle tightness to the point of being painful and had been exceptionally bad the past couple weeks so I decided to give it a try. My muscles feel in a much better condition than before I arrived, the positive change is crazy!

Fantastic experience: Michelle is a godsend. Ever since I found Renow some years ago, I've never looked into getting another massage therapist. Even when I moved to Yakima. She's helped me A LOT with a pinched nerve in my shoulder, and every time I leave my posture gets better. I trust her and anyone else that works at ReNow to help with my therapy needs!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a Swedish massage for very tight IT bands on my legs and quickly realized that Michelle was a very skilled masseuse. She started on my neck and noticed a lot of tension and asked if I'd like her to fix it with some deep tissue massage. I said of course! Her deep tissue massage was excellent and I also asked for it on my IT bands. She followed the bands from the bottom of my feet all the way up to my hips without breaking the motion. The pressure was perfect and she was clear that I should say something if it was too much. She really worked out some sore spots and the experience was still relaxing. I'd say she is the most skilled masseuse I've been too and I've been to many of them. It's obvious she is really paying attention to what she feels in your muscles and wants to fix any tense or tight spots. She is open to customizing the time, so for me I asked her to spend more time on my IT bands. Overall it was a great experience - I've already recommended Michelle to others and I will be back too! There is another masseuse there who does Thai massage and massage + customized yoga session. I'm also curious to try those out.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience recently for a prenatal massage. Business had appropriate equipment for prenatal massage and very comfortable. Clean atmosphere, easy booking and payment process for paying deposit for appointment online and check out in person. Plenty of parking. Clean communal restrooms with neighboring businesses. Amanda W, provider, applied appropriate pressure, was friendly and very professional. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My first massage with Michelle was a wonderful experience. I love her positive nature, how knowledgeable she is and how she made me feel comfortable.
