Your first appointment at ICE will involve an initial consult and examination that may require roughly 15-60 minutes depending on the depth of health needs seeking to be addressed. Our doctors will look to provide a diagnosis and discuss the expected prognosis of your ailment(s) which will lead to a customized treatment plan recommendation that is catered towards you. Immediately after this discussion, you will receive your first treatment (in most cases).

I heard about Dr. Kyle through a friend. I came to the office with fibromyalgia type joint and soft tissue pain. Dr. Kyle treated me as a whole person. Paying attention to extremities and the nervous system, I have made close to a full recovery. Between the adjustments and laser therapy I have almost no pain. I never imagined a chiropractor could do more than just crack my back. ICE has a truly holistic approach. I highly recommend ICE and I am so thankful for the relief they have provided to me.

Dr. Joseph Friedman helped my body in ways that im not sure I can find again. As a thirty year trades worker my joints and spine have suffered. I did not know it was possible to feel relief again. Unfortunately my job has ended in the Pasco area. However the love and professionalism I experienced from this man has left a lasting impression. Hands down, Ice Chiropractic is the best option out there!

Dr. Kyle is by far the best chiropractor who has treated me. Issues with sciatica and neck pain were resolved through a series of manipulations and a variety of muscle stimulation devices. In addition he offered advice on exercises and maintaining cognizance of posture and deliberate movement, and even threw in recommendations for dietary changes. The entire medical personnel is fabulous. They have positive energy and are enthusiastic about their profession. And it all starts with the kind and efficient ladies at the front desk. All-in-all, a fabulous team that I highly recommend!

Dr Kyle and his staff at ICE have the best customer service I have witnessed at any chiropractor or other doctors’ office. He does a thorough job explaining the process and giving advice for how to make improvements between visits. I highly recommend anyone needing a new chiropractor to Dr Kyle and his team.

The staff is awesome. Very professional and always greeted with a smile. They make you feel at ease. The Doctors are top notch and really show concern for you health and are very good with giving exercises and explaining what is happening and how their treatments will benefit you getting back to normal. 5 stars would I recommend them to family and friends, without doubt. I highly recommend them. You guys and your staff rock.

I’ ve been seeing Dr. Joe now for several months and have seen major improvements. Always takes the extra time to explain and have a plan to help you get better. Really do think you guys are the best in the tri-cities. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY……

Dr. Joe at Ice Clinics has done MIRACLES with my 75 year old dad! He’s had a very bad tremor on his right hand, so bad he couldn’t write, eat, or hold anything with that hand. After his first session with Dr.Joe he immediately saw improvements with his strength and grip. He’s now able to grab a spoon and a pen and has started to write and eat with his right hand again!
