Trios Care Center at Southridge - 5th Floor

Fantastic experience: The Doctors and ICU Nurses saved my life. I had A-fib, RSV, COPD. I wasn’t getting oxygen to my brain. I was delirious. Terrifying. They saved me, I spent 2 weeks in ICU. The Doctors were very experienced, caring, consistent. The nurses helped me so much with everything and talked to me, they were very educated in what was going on with me. If you are ill go to Trios Southridge Hospital ???? they will care for you.

Fantastic experience: Prior to jan.162024 I did all I could to avoid being taken to your facility even under an emergency situation. Reason being the care from the er to extended hospital stays was more than scary!!!the place even though the house keepers were getting paid, it was bad .I had to put dirty laundry in the cleaning bin myself because for 3 days soiled towels just sat next to the cabinet where I put them. One dr.tried to send me home without knowing my case!thank goodness a nurse in my room at the time stopped the issue. Also I was left in a cold,wet from sweat hospital bed after calling for help after waking from a bad night mare.I was given a dry gown and they left me to sleep on that bed..Now I have to say the 16 and the 25 reassured me that at least the er staff has found a much kinder gentler staff that.I wasn't as afraid to when told I may have to be admitted. Please let the er staff know how proud I was to say I was in good hands ????. Thank you and know I'm home safe and recovering well ???? God bless you all. ????

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Trios, an outpatient surgery center, and I was pleasantly surprised by the seamless experience. The intake receptionist verified my information and insurance coverage. Karen, who guided me, was friendly and informative, explaining the surgery day process. The pre-op nurse was knowledgeable and reassuring. The staff exhibited a warm and comforting demeanor. The anesthesiologist ensured my safety. My doctor answered my questions and explained the procedure. The surgery room team was kind and reassuring. In recovery, the nurses were exceptionally compassionate and professional. Despite my anxiety, this experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Trios Surgery Center.
