At our 39th Avenue location, we go out of our way to make your physical rehabilitation and recovery a great experience. If you do not have a prescription – no problem! Direct Access means you get to choose where you go for treatment. We’ll work closely with you and your physician to develop an individualized treatment plan that works for you in your life. We can even refer you to a great physician, if needed.

We will do everything in our power to accommodate your busy schedule. All of our locations have flexible hours to help you get the physical therapy you need, when you need it. We’re here to help you get better, faster!

Our friendly staff is happy to walk you through necessary paperwork and assist in any way possible, including insurance questions and scheduling. We’ll even call your insurance company for you to help you understand your benefits.

Fantastic experience: I have known Dr. Graziano since long before he started working with Doctor's of PT. He's simply the best. Have followed him wherever he went. Whenever I have a flare up, or over do things, I go straight back to him or anyone one of the other great PT's at either Kenosha area Office, most recently Dr. Kristina at the Hwy 50 office. Can't say enough good things about these people. Add to that, even Dr. Dave understands that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the best team in Football, and that just makes things that much better !! :-)

Fantastic experience: The first time I was treated by Dave Graziano was in 2013 for my shoulder surgery in high school. He was amazing for my recovery then just as much as he is today, helping me through ACL recovery. My grandpa has been helped by Dave, my mom & aunts and uncles have been helped by Dave and his relentless passion for caring for patients touched my family & so many others. The staff has always been so kind and understanding, and I really wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for someone looking to get better. It’s a warm and loving place and I’m so grateful to have a place like Doctors of Physical Therapy. Thank you Dave, for all the sacrifices you have made for us patients. And thank you to the staff for making everything run smoothly.

Fantastic experience: I have personally been a patient of Dr. David Graziano. He helped me with chronic back pain, neck pain and weakness. As the caregiver of a family member in a motorcycle accident, I brought him to see Dr. David Graziano and have seen amazing progress. My family, who witnessed my transformation also saw Dr. Graziano. This includes my son, brother in law and nephew. The staff is kind and will help navigate insurance. I have always highly recommended Doctors of Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: Dr Graziano is the most amazing physical therapist, he helped me with my neck pain and my husband with his shoulder, knee and wrist pain and brought my daughter back from a rib dysfunction to playing golf in time to win a state championship this year!! He’s very knowledgeable and the absolute best!!!
