Hands On Physical Therapy, PLLC

Our bodies have a lifetime of history creating layer upon layer of problems. At Hands On Physical Therapy the entire body is taken into account to find  the source of your issue. The philosophy is to think out of the box and be open minded to the many different   areas and techniques that are appropriate for each individual person.

At your first treatment, a history is taken, you will be evaluated and then manual techniques are used to diagnosis where the source or sources of your pain/symptoms may be coming from.  These techniques can include  myofascial release, cranial sacral rhythm,  visceral techniques and many more. Subsequent treatments will consist of continual diagnosis and treatment with any  home exercises or stretching program given as deemed appropriate.

At Hands On Physical Therapy you will be seen for an hour of mechanical assessment on a treatment table.   Frequency of treatment at Hands On is less frequent, varying from one session per week for several sessions, but can be from one time a week to every other week or once a month. It all depends on you and your needs.
