I have never had a provider care so much or work that hard to help me. Jill was able to help me decrease, if not eliminate, my pain when other providers in other disciplines of medicine could not. She is the most caring and compassionate physical therapist I have ever worked with. She did not give up on me, even when I wanted to give up on myself!

Fantastic experience: I'm a professional musician, and have had battled overuse injuries and focal dystonia in my left hand/arm/shoulder. I have been working with Erica for several months now and can only describe what has come of the physical therapy as miraculous. I'm able to perform at a level I did not think would be possible again. Erica is an extremely knowledgeable and caring provider; she always has innovative ideas for exercises or ways to warm up my arms that have made a huge impact on my performance. I have also had a couple of dry needling sessions with Jill which totally freed up my left shoulder. I also once tried the PEMF therapy with Chelsea and would like to do it again; it was a great pre-therapy treatment for me and seemed to target areas where I hold a lot of tension. I highly recommend Erica and the staff at O'Brien!

Fantastic experience: I came in for treatment of my neck & shoulder. Daily activities were quite restricted & painful. Erica & Chelsea listened to me & helped me feel very comfortable with their treatment plan. No more pain or limatations. Life is now so much more enjoyable. Best thing!

Fantastic experience: Chelsea helped me dial in my nutrition for optimal sports performance. I love her approach of finding what works best for my lifestyle and my food preferences. I also love that she's so encouraging when I stray off track. I'm so happy to have Chelsea and O'Brien Physical Therapy and Wellness on my team, and look forward to using more of their services.

Fantastic experience: Jill and her staff are simply the best! I was advised to contact Jill regarding some back pain. I scheduled my first appointment. I was skeptical about doing so because I figured I would be throwing money out the window because I really doubted, she could help. Thank goodness I took the advice from a friend because I was extremely impressed the minute, I walked in. Jill took the time to listen to my back issues. She recommended "dry needling" and I agreed to do so. She took the time to explain what she was doing. Later that day, I felt less pain in my lower back. I have continued more therapy and have been incredibly happy with the results. She doesn't force you to do more than you want. I will continue to be a patient of Jill's, plus she is super nice, and I have enjoyed every visit with her.
