Fantastic experience: This facility is phenomenal! Never a wait time, the staff is super talented and friendly. The Manager Jordan, who was my therapist is bright, alert and attentive to everything my shoulder needed. I am grateful to have ended up here and Select PT La Mesa is highly recommended!

He makes sure to ask questions and is very thorough in every aspect. If I was not comfortable with each exercise he would tweak and correct my form for minimal pain. Fantastic experience: I have had absolutely the best experience here at select pt la mesa!!!everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The therapist are very knowledgeable and take their time to make sure they fully understand your injury and techniques to make sure your getting better. I went from not able to hold weight in my arm and now having no problems!! You can't go wrong with any therapist I've seen Joe and Sarah both are amazing and take their time to make sure the techniques are working. The front desk is super friendly and helpful! I love coming here and would highly recommend this group to anyone needing physical therpay!!!:)

Fantastic experience: When I first saw my PT Joseph I had constant numbness and pain in both my hands and trigger thumb on my right hand. I could barely sew, knit or crochet for 5 minutes without discomfort! Now I can do all of the above without pain for at least 45 minutes to an hour! My quality of life has hugely improved! I am sooo grateful and joyful to be able to do the things that I love! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to my improved lifestyle!
