He knows just the right techniques to help loosen up any tense areas and sends you home with a few tips to keep you stretching at home. Fantastic experience: I'm 38 and my lower and mid back pain has been an ongoing issue the past 5 years or so. Physical Therapy and massage were only temporary fixes, but stretching regularly has allowed me to keep playing golf, volleyball, softball etc. Jeremy is an expert in his field and I highly recommend his services.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with my hip flexor muscles for 5 years. Thank God I found Jeremy. This Stretch Therapist is exactly what I needed. I had tried physical therapy and massage therapy. None of that helped me. Finally my hip flexor muscles are getting better. You can’t expect improvement with one visit. Start a routine and you’ll be amazed at your improvements. Your hip flexor muscles are the cause of that cramping you get on the sides of your low back. And that makes it hard to walk. You walk a short distance and have to sit a couple of minutes Jeremy will know exactly how to make you feel better. I’ll bet 50% of the senior citizens could benefit from this treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Jeremy's services for over 2 years now; twice a week when I am in town. These services include stretching and message. My flexibility has improved considerably and my back is more comfortable. I am 73 years old and there is no quick fix for some of these issues; you just have to keep working on it and Jeremy has hung in there with me. I play handball and feel that my lack of injuries over the past two years is in part due to Jeremy's work. He is a man who gets satisfaction from seeing you improve. He is very dependable.
