Fantastic experience: Monique has supported me through a shoulder injury and pregnancy/postpartum, my husband through lower back pain and helped my son avoid getting tubes for ear infections! She’s gentle and kind, takes her time with you. I’ve never felt rushed or like just another customer. She’s been intentional in finding exercises and other supportive techniques to help our bodies thrive! So thankful for her time and attention. We also don’t have insurance and have found it to be very affordable and flexible - no long term plan agreements.

I regularly see Dr Mo, but would go see any of them for my chiropractor needs. It is a family business, which I love! I constantly have some new issue that Dr Mo instantly works on. I started seeing her for an incident in May 2022 and I am so impressed at how well she listens and takes the time to focus on me and my body. Fantastic experience: I see Dr Monique weekly, I don’t think I’d be able to have an active life style without her. I am there for about an hour each week, and they have been very conscientious about COVID-19 cleaning and protocols. The chairs, tables, all the equipment in the exam areas are wiped down after each patient. They do temp checks before seeing the Dr. They wear masks and are following City of Columbia Health Dept guidelines. I feel very safe there.

I started seeing Dr. Monique White a little over six months ago and she started to help me regain my movement almost immediately! Fantastic experience: I, along with my entire family, have been treated by Dr's White, and Dr. Carpentier for years. Since the COVID started, I have been seeing Dr. Matt White every week, and I am SO impressed with the office, the staff and the doctors who take EVERY precaution to ensure my health and safety! From the waiting area with social distancing, to the receptionist behind plexiglass with masks, to getting my temperature taken to ALL staff and doctors wearing masks every time I visit. Changing out protective papers, wiping down the equipment and demonstrating what is the ultimate in making sure all patients are taken care of, I would never go anywhere else!!

Fantastic experience: I found Dr Monique and her wonderful staff at a very difficult time in my life. I had recently lost my husband from a brain tumor and as his condition worsened I often had to catch him as he would start to fall. I sustained a herniated disc and several bulging discs and radiculopathy which made walking almost impossible. I was in a lot of pain. And came to her looking for some relief. I was given an appt the very day I called! She was so warm and compassionate and skilled. I soon had relief as she tried several modalities adjustment, ice therapy, e-stim acupuncture and decompression. I live 9 hrs away but when I come back to visit my daughter in Ashland, I visit Dr Monique to get my back and neck back into alignment. She is always so warm and welcoming and I always get relief from the back and neck pain I am having. At my recent visits last week I was very impressed with the precautions they are taking and following the guidelines to providing a safe environment, masks, temperature checks, sanitizing tables, hand washing etc. I felt very safe! I love Dr Monique and feel she is the best chiropractor in Columbia! I highly recommend her! You won't be disappointed. She gets 5 Stars!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Monique for over a year now. Working at a desk for 18 years, plus acquiring a 75-lb active dog, finally caught up with me and led to lower back and hip pain that made it difficult for me to sleep at night. Dr. Monique quickly diagnosed the problem and applied a variety of techniques to address the issue. Continued maintenance has led to overall better health and mobility, and she continues vigilant care if any new issues arise, such as neck stiffness. I am very happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: After a t-bone car accident in the 7th grade left my mobility in the spine fairly limited, I've been in and out of chiropractors since. I've done the monthly contract that other chiropractors suggest, but if they just don't adjust how your body accepts adjustments, then it won't do any good, except leave you broke! Just shy of twenty years later, I have finally been able to have feeling in my right side in my back. As a busy mom, I was sick of shopping for chiropractors. Not to mention the cost ... Dr. Monique and her staff has gone above and beyond to help me get what I've needed for so long in just a year or so. Not to mention my kids just love her. They will bump into something and beg to go to "Dr. Monique's, I need to go to Monique's!" all with a smile. ☺️ The environment brings all the aspects of caring of your body into one. Fantastic experience: I see Monique frequently and she is always considerate of what is going on in my body and how to further help myself outside of her office. This chiropractic center is also very reasonable with pricing. The best part is that you’re not just getting popped, but also other therapy options such as TENS machine, ice, rolling beds, etc. I would recommend Advanced Physical Health to all of my friends, family members, co-workers (at the hospital) and more.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Monique and the staff at Advanced Physical Health. Everyone is always so personable and helpful and the quality of care is fantastic. Unlike many other chiropractic practices in Columbia, they'll make every effort to treat you day 1 instead of requiring a diagnostic/x-ray visit and then a follow-up to get adjusted (they use digital x-ray same day). Scheduling is a breeze. Given the current public health crisis, they're taking strides to check temperatures and sanitize surfaces in between each and every patient, and that effort does not go unnoticed!

Fantastic experience: I love this office. I called to get appointment for acupuncture before Embryo transfer. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I was super nervous because it was my first time. They put me at ease. Didn’t hurt at all.Have never felt so relaxed. I would recommend and have to anyone who will listen. By the way have a six month old. They were a great help in my Ivf journey!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at Advanced Physical Health is amazing! Dr. Monique will get you up and going in no time. For an adjustment I pay only $36 and try to go every 3 months just to stay aligned. Her adjustments are so gentle you will feel like you've been to the spa! She is a humble Dr. that really listens without judging and is extremely smart and resourceful, after all, she was VALEDICTORIAN of her Logan Chiropractic class! So do yourself a favor, get off the pain killers and go see Dr. Monique, she will take good care of you.

Fantastic experience: I started going there for severe back problems.I was unable to walk.Dr.Minique took good care of me and was very careful and through .They got me in right away and accommodated my busy schedule. I love this place.Specially Dr.Monique.She is knowledgeable and careful .Staff is very polite and accommodating.They are doing a great job for COVID .I have seen thorough cleaning between patients, face masks and social distancing.I took my son there and my sister .They both love be it there as well.

Negative experience: I was skeptic about chiropractors until I found Dr. White. A few years ago he fixed a back problem that had bothered me for while, Massages and/or physical therapy had helped but only temporary. After a few months of weekly visits, I was much better. I've continued to go once a month and I've continued to be pain-free. So, I only have positive things to say about their therapy skills. In March, because of Covid, like everybody else, I stopped going. I returned in July. The city has a mandatory mask-ordinance since July 10. One of two the staff persons at the front desk had her mask dangling from her face when I arrived and when I left the office; the other one wore it without covering her nose and took it off momentary. The doctor, with his mask correctly on, came to front desk to talk to them, and their mask situation was as I described, he didn't say anything. There's a barrier all along the front desk; but well, it's not that it also covered above their head. Moreover, one of the three clients waiting for her turn had no mask; after about 5 minutes I was there, she put it on, leaving her nose uncovered. No one told her anything. My one-star review is not about their skills as chiropractors (which are excellent) but the fact that a medical facility does not respect nor enforce (with the clients) the city's mandatory mask-ordinance. Unless I'm in excruciating pain, I will not return for a while. - EDIT: I can't respond to the business' response, so I add it here. I appreciate reading about their protocol but my comment concerned a violation of a city ordinance that mandates masks in all indoors places. In my 25-30 minutes I was in the office, I witnessed three people violating the city ordinance, two staff members and a client. Violation of the city mask ordinance can be reported (which I didn't). So, an appropriate response instead of bragging about their protocols would have been, "Sorry for our negligence, we'll make sure it'll never happen again." I don't care about their protocols if they blatantly violate the mask ordinance enforced by the City of Columbia starting July 10.

Fantastic experience: I suffer from an autoimmune disorder and Dr. Monique has changed my life. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure you understand your plan of care. She is the sweetest, most caring doctor I’ve met. She genuinely cares about her patients. My son recently started seeing her as well. We had been through his pediatrician, specialists and even ER visits for issues and she is the one who finally diagnosed him with his scoliosis which was causing the other problems. I really can’t recommend her enough! I can always get in the same day if I need an extra visit and the hours are conducive to work (some days they are open until 6:30pm). You can request an appointment online. I was able to get a new patient appointment the very next day!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Monique is amazing! I started seeing her for lower back pain about two years ago and she had it completely gone in just a couple months. I just had my first baby and she took amazing care of me my entire pregnancy. I barley had any back pain and she even helped with an umbilical hernia I had. She is so sweet, professional, thoughtful, and gentle with her practice. She even got me a gift for the baby! All the assistants and receptionists at the practice are also great, always pleasant and professional! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Monique and this practice!

Fantastic experience: I see Monique and she is great. I have seen her for 6 months after having lower back surgery. I never realized the importance of chiropractic care until I did it regularly. If you are on the fence give it a shot for 2 weeks and feel the difference when you get out of bed.

Fantastic experience: There are not enough words to say how wonderful Dr. Monique and the entire team is at Advanced Physical Health. I suffered from lower back issues for at least 11-12 years and always balked at going to a chiropractor because of fear. It terrified me to think of someone manipulating my back or neck and what if something went wrong. My back issues had progressed to the point where my back was "going out" where I was literally unable to walk or move for days and usually would require a trip to the ER. When I started getting the feeling that once again it was going out for the 3rd time, I decided enough was enough and it was time to seek treatment. I had heard Dr. Monique speak on a local radio show several times and just felt a connection. The clinic was able to get me in to see her immediately and to this day after seeing her for a few years now, I swear her hands have the magic touch. Not only has she helped me with my back / neck issues but she now sees my husband and both of my kids. The entire staff is wonderful and all very caring. You feel like a part of their family and they care about you as a whole not just the issues that brought you to them. I'm always able to get in when I need to, even if it's a last minute "emergency" or if I'm getting back from an out of town work trip and don't know for sure what time I can be there. I could go on and on about how much I love Dr Monique. Take it from someone who had a very deep fear of just the thought of someone messing with my back..... that fear is gone. I put complete trust in Dr Monique and her magical hands. I also know that if she is not available, that her parents, Dr White & Dr. Carpenter, will take just as wonderful care of me as Dr. Monique. And not only is this family an asset to the community for their wonderful job they do as chiropractors but also for the beautiful things they do through Pascal's Pals. True angels on Earth in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Monique is truly AMAZING!! My work schedule and location changed so I had to find a new chiropractor whose hours would work with my schedule. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Monique White to me. I am so glad that she did! My entire experience has been amazing! I have been going to Dr. Monique for about 6 months. The first visit included a very thorough exam and history. I have a fairly long history so I appreciated this very much! Prior to Dr. Sylvie, I suffered chronic sciatic pain from back surgery. Now through my regular adjustments and spinal decompression, I stay virtually pain free! Love everyone at Advanced Physical Health!

Fantastic experience: My mother had fallen, and pushed her pelvis, and tailbone into her back; from suffering a stroke, and falling. Dr. Monique White has done a gentle cranial sacral; myofascial release on her injuries suffered from the fall. Having taken medicine for the pain; no more; after Dr. Monique, and her staff for care. She is off the pain medication, and walking at seventy four years old. Thank you, so very much.

Fantastic experience: Two times I have messed up my shoulder. Sleeping wrong, all the sitting for work, and overexertion have been a constant pain for me. After months of waiting for it to go away, it finally ached so bad that I decided to see Dr. Mo the Chiro (Dr. Monique White). After my first exam and treatment, I felt instant relief. After a couple visits, I had full range of motion and no aches or pains in my shoulder/neck/back. When I messed it up a second time, I restarted my treatments and am already feeling much better again. The office staff are very bright, chipper, and vibrant. Dr. Carpentier has worked on treating my sinus problems, allergies, and headaches with acupuncture (which I now believe in - even though I didn't before). The benefits I see from trusting Dr.'s White, Carpentier, and White is unbelievable!!! They are truly a family that takes care of your family. I can't praise them high enough. I always leave feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Fantastic experience: My spine was twisted. I saw Doctor Monique White. My spine now being untwisted; from the care of Doctor Monique White. Having previously to stoop down, and that did hurt my back; to put on socks, and shoes. I can now stand on my feet, and put on my socks, and shoes. With my spine untwisted: I am able to move; I can now clean the house; stand on my feet, and not have to get up to just sit down. Thank you, Doctor Monique White.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Monique was at a charity golf tournament offering spin exams for golfers in the tournament. After checking my spin and shoulder she told me we would be good friends. I had been living with shoulder and hip pain, making my golf game difficult. I had never been to a chiropractor before, but the discomfort became too much, and I booked an appointment. Less than a year later, my golf game may not be much better, but it is more enjoyable without pain. Everyone at Advanced Physical Health is amazing, and are always willing to offer advice on health and lifestyle choices- I appreciate that personal touch.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Sylvie Carpentier since 2012. Prior to that I had been experiencing more and more frequent bouts of lower back pain, sometimes to the point that I was unable to walk. Seeing Dr. Carpentier on a regular basis has improved my flexibility so much, from my low back all the way up my neck. It's been years since I've had to deal with any debilitating back pain. My children have also seen Dr. Carpentier as well as Dr. Monique White as they've been involved in high school cheer and football. Everyone in the office is so friendly and knowledgeable, not only do they make you feel better, it's such a pleasant environment to be in. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Carpentier for many years and appreciate her kindness and skillful techniques used on my neck and back. I have upper and lower back issues and have been using the ABS machine since they got it. I am a 100% believer in its decompression ways! Fantastic experience: Dr. Monique always goes the extra mile to insure hospitality during my family's appointments. My elementary-age daughters were hesitant to get adjustments at first but with Dr. Monique's gentle touch they now look forward to their appointments.
