Impact Physical Therapy and Performance

Fantastic experience: This was by far the best PT experience I have ever had which says a lot with a long career as an athlete. Kevin and the team at Impact created an effective exercise and stretching routine to prevent future injuries along with providing weekly one on one rehabilitation. Kevin got me back and running from a hamstring tear within weeks of starting together. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and I look forward to recommending them to all my friends and family if ever needed!

Fantastic experience: I had the best PT experience with Dr. Aly at Impact Physical Therapy and Performance and only wish I had gone to her sooner! After disappointing experiences with little to no results at other PT places, I was so happy to be seen by Dr. Aly at Impact. She took her time listening to me and speaking with me about what was going on with my back. She explained things in a comprehensive way that was easy to understand and nothing felt rushed (like it did with other PT's). It really felt like Dr. Aly was addressing my specific issues rather than just lumping me into a broad category which is how I felt with the last PT place I went to. The work Dr. Aly did on my back combined with her helpful advise and prescribed home exercise program has greatly diminished my pain and improved my progress. I can also tell that Dr. Aly truly cares about her patients and wants to help them get better (and stay better). Besides being a wealth of knowledge and a wonderful Physical Therapist, Dr. Aly is also so friendly and warm. She goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable and are on board with everything she's explaining and/or prescribing. I'm so grateful for Dr. Aly!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Impact PTP. After years of chronic back pain I can now play Golf again pain free. I worked with Kevin one on one to build a custom program that fit my busy lifestyle and put me on a path to long term health. Today I use their app daily for guided exercise routines. I also check in with Kevin on a weekly call to tweak my program or add progressions. Overall its been a great experience and I feel like Impact has my back!

Fantastic experience: A few months ago, I had laminectomy back surgery at my L5-S1 joint to relieve constant compression on my sciatic nerve. As soon after as I was able, I started PT sessions with Kevin and have been gaining more core strength, flexibility and confidence with every visit. He has made it possible for me to the see the light at the end of the tunnel, and I've been looking forward to the time I can hit the golf course once again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Went to Impact following 15 standard PT sessions completed three months after lumbar back surgery. As a long time golfer, I wanted to make sure I wouldn't aggravate my back, so I felt I needed to change my swing. The 6 lesson exercise program was excellent. I'm using core muscles I never used in 30+ prior years of golf. And my swing speed is higher than ever. So, 7 months after surgery, I play with ZERO back issues, and am swinging easier than ever before.
