Fantastic experience: My mom was there for a month and a half and I was so worried because of the reviews but it was the only place to accept us. Upon arrival I was impressed at how clean and nice it all was. The pictures online must be old cause it was really nice. I’ll add a picture with my review. But we got there and Yulissa the admissions nurse was super friendly and made sure we got moms medications on time and got us water right away. I was super impressed. The next morning Jordan from administration came by and addressed all questions we had and even gave us his cell phone in case we needed to reach him. Jesus from the kitchen came by and write down all my mom’s food preferences and he came by every day to check how the food was. The CNAs Brito Maggie Freddy June were all so responsive and thoughtful. I honestly couldn’t have been more impressed. Therapy was the BEST they knew their stuff and pushed my mom to get back walking after her surgery.

Positive experience: The CNA’s and assistants we’re mostly friendly and helpful. The facility overworks them. It can literally take hours to get an answer on your help call. 25 patients per CNA is ridiculous. Don’t try to call in. They never answer their phones, even during working hours. Meals were generally served at least an hour late every meal. They were shorthanded.
