Fantastic experience: Received wonderful treatment after having shoulder replacement surgery from Torey and his staff during my recovery period at the Laguna Hills location! Very professional and super nice!!! I would highly recommend them and would return there should I need any further physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I tell my PT I try and jog twice a week. It's a running joke I have ???? Oh the puns. Landed in PacificPro 4-weeks after a sesamoidectomy. Bit of a late start as my incision took its sweet time to close. First impression of the front office staff- how did she already know my name!? Alyssa ensures you have your appts, if you need to reschedule she's very accommodating, and she's the perfect person to greet you making you feel welcome and cared for right inside the door. My PT, Natalie, took her time checking my ROM, my balance, the incision site, and followed up every week at the beginning of my appt to ensure my healing was on target and I've seen incredible gains every week since starting at PacificPro. During the last 3-months the care I have received has really set the bar high for any PT in the future. The therapists seem to have eyes in the back of their heads as they continually check on you while you are doing your exercises, and should you need to change up the workout, they are helpful in tailoring movements to your body's needs. I'm almost walking without pain, I've regained most of my balance, my foot is much stronger, and I'm glad I chose PacificPro to get me through the healing process. I highly recommend this facility as their staff, knowledge, and the care they provide is top notch.

Fantastic experience: Pacific Pro Therapy is for real! I have suffered from chronic neck and back pain for years. I have used pain medication, pain management services, and been through X-rays, MRI, and neurological testing for help. William and Cody have done miracles for my pain. They have treated, educated, and monitored me for a short time. This has provided me with increased mobility and pain relief. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs them. William is amazing in his medical knowledge and his personal treatment of me as a client. He is the BEST!

Fantastic experience: I sought an evaluation for persistent back pain that had been causing significant discomfort for nearly four months. As a dentist, the long hours of sitting while treating patients had become increasingly challenging. Surprisingly, after just two visits, I experienced a remarkable improvement in my condition. It's truly astounding how much progress can be achieved in just two sessions! The facility is impeccably clean, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly and professional. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.

Fantastic experience: For the longest time, I've been having shoulder pain on my left shoulder. Beforehand, I've seen so many other doctors, massage therapists, chiropractors, but only really provided temporary relief. Finally, I decided to try this place. The staff at PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine have treated me exceptionally well from the first time I walked in the door till my last visit. I received treatment from Torey for my whole stay, and I'm grateful I did it with him because he is professional, knowledgable and friendly. He explains to you every step, listens and assures you with any questions you have, and also easy to get along with which made a great environment in the facility. He would work with other clients too as you're doing your own exercises, so I would see how he is with other clients and you can tell how patient and compassionate he really is with anyone he works with. I appreciate the help I got from the aides as well, Leighton, Kyle and Sakuro. They always made sure I had everything I needed and assisted in showing proper form for my exercises. Overall, I'm beyond pleased with my stay here. My shoulder pain still has a long road to go to but I am much more knowledgeable now and have a program I can do on my own to help maintain my shoulder's health and build up my strength.
