Select Physical Therapy - Aliso Viejo

Fantastic experience: Select Therapy helped me to get back to normal with my low back muscular issues and pain free. My therapist Kate gave insightful instructions on stretching and exercises to use for building my core strength and to easily get relief when another episode of discomfort might occur. All staff i interacted with were respectful, courteous and informative in helping me accomplish my health goals. The facility was convenient, clean and houses the right equipment to exercise and stretch. I would recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: Steve Itrich is a very talented physical therapist. He has the ability to relate well to people and shift his approach based on real time information around the specifics of each person's physical recovery path. I had a partial knee replacement and he has been great to challenge me while also not pushing too hard. Thanks Steve, you have been awesome!

Fantastic experience: I had a great first PT session with Steve Itrich. He’s very good at explaining why he’s having you do the exercises that you’re doing. He’s smart and thorough. He’s got a good personality and I look forward to rehabbing my back after my surgery.
