Bayou Physical Therapy, LLC is looking for an experienced office manager to join our team! Since 2018, Bayou Physical Therapy has been providing exceptional physical therapy services in an environment that promotes patient recovery and satisfaction as well as creating an excellent work environment! 

​*1+ years' experience as a Medical Biller with office management experience. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)- The right candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience with managing and training other staff. A knowledge of how to efficiently handle daily task and demonstrate previous experience with scheduling, as well as insurance verifications and authorizations with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience working with an EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and an understanding of how to schedule within the needs of the clinic as well as the patients.

Job duties also include other office tasks such as but not limited to answering phones, scheduling new patient referrals and registration as well as various other office tasks.

Speech therapy does much more than simply teaching people how to speak again. Our Speech-Language Pathologists evaluate and treat speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders. They also provide training and education to family, caregivers and other treatment professionals. If you're having trouble speaking, swallowing, or using the correct words when you speak, then our team may be able to help you!

We provide objective fall risk screenings to identify persons at risk of falling by comparing their balance test results to age-dependent normative data. For those identified to be at risk, we start them on a balance training program customized to their specific needs. Our custom protocols are designed to improve each individual's balance and safety with ambulation and thereby decrease their risk of falling.  

We are also equipped to provide concussion management services to high schools, college and professional sports teams to unravel the mystery of concussion by implementing best practices that combine cognitive testing and a quantifiable re-conditioning program.
