RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy - St Charles

Fantastic experience: When referring clients to Rush Kids, I know they will be well taken care of. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable and really care about the kids they work with. I highly recommend their services.

Positive experience: We first came here when it was still Nova Care. We have recommended it to many families and for the most part of had wonderful therapists. We have used RushKids for Speech, PT, and OT. Everyone has been great to work with and the therapists are all wonderful. The high turnover rate with staff is what is concerning to me. It’s seems that RushKids tends to lose their best therapists to other facilities. It is extremely hard for a kid with special needs to form an attachment, and then have to start all over again with a new therapist. Would love to see RushKids try to retain some of their veteran staff, and stop being a revolving door for new grads. If you need a place for a couple months of PT or speech it’s definitely worth coming here, however if you need a service that your child will be in longer, it may be worth looking at other options.

Fantastic experience: From the first call to starting my daughters physical therapy, this place is amazing! I spoke with both Deb and Linda on the phone to schedule my first appointment and they were so sweet. Ms. Kat is my daughters physical therapist and she is incredible! My daughter loves her! Everyone is so nice and compassionate!
