Fantastic experience: Torey Is an amazing PT and is always able to answer all of my questions and help me better understand what is going on with my knees and hips. I have worked with several PTs here and they have all been friendly, helpful and personable.

Fantastic experience: Torey worked with me 2 times a week for 4+ months to straighten, bend, and strengthen my knee. She did wonders and I continue to do my exercises each day. I have a knee replacement in my future and plan to get my recovery therapy with her!

Fantastic experience: Excellent caring therapists, from day 1 on my rehab on my total knee replacement.. very caring, making you want to succeed at your goals doing your exercises, to making sure you have your home goal exercises completely understood. I would come to SSM THERAPY again for any physical therapy needs in the future. These gals are #1 and compassion is truly shown with each patient that comes in the door. Thankyou for a great experience. Christina was my main therapist (totally awesome) I did have the pleasure to getting to know all of the therapists on one on one therapy sessions. All amazing!!!! *Started therapy 3rd day after knee replacement 7/1/21 and graduated 9/28/21

Fantastic experience: I was greeted pleasantly by the front desk team who showed me how to self-check for future visits and then by Jen, my therapist. She explained much about my condition and what she and I would be doing to treat it. The facility was clean and every patient is asked to wash their hands prior to treatment. Everyone was masked up and remained that way for the protection of all.

I came in with a list of ailments and she didn’t think twice about helping me address each and every one of them. Miss Carolyn at the front desk has been extremely kind and helpful as well. Fantastic experience: This place is amazing-from Carolyn greeting you as you walk in/saying good-bye to my therapist Cathy. Clean, professional environment. Following covid safety protocols makes me feel safer-washing your hands before starting any therapy work too. Cathy is so friendly and made me feel instantly at ease. I have been to another company for therapy and this is different. The other one I felt most of the therapists were just talking amongst themselves and not really concentrating on their patients and I was constantly getting one therapist after another which I did not care for. This is so different and I am glad I choose this facility. I will be recommending to anyone who needs PT.

For over 3 years I have had moderate to severe pain everyday and on 10/28/2020 I experienced a totally pain free day which has also carried over to 10/29. I have not known what it's like to live without pain but great progress is happening everyday. Not enough words to express my thanks.

Torey was absolutely amazing today!! I was not interested in the idea of going to physical therapy but needed the relief! So I gave it a try and I am so thankful I did!!! It has only been one visit and I can already feel the difference!! Today - Torey gave me hope that I will be back to myself before I know it!! She is so caring, patient, knowledgeable, and really thorough! I will be recommending her to everyone!!!

Fantastic experience: My therapist Torey was very Professional, and everything she directed me to do improved my knee replacement. after just 7 weeks my doctor was impressed and told me I did not need the therapy to continue. Just four weeks prior he was talking about doing a manipulation to get my knee bending. Thank you Torey. The whole staff made you feel welcome, very conducive to healing.

Fantastic experience: This therapy center is run in an organized timely manner, which is important to patients. During my visits I have always been treated by a Physical therapist (PT). I believe a PT is always more knowledgeable, and better qualified to help maximize my outcome. I appreciate that my therapist communicates clearly and in a manner that is easily understood. Furthermore, we have a concrete plan with directions we both understand. This makes it easier for me to follow through with home program.

Fantastic experience: I have Lymphedema and have gone to different Physical Therapy for this but the ssm at columbia with Cathy and Jen are the best in the country and all the staff. They care so much for all their clients so much professionalism and caring from all.

They provided ongoing care in a very professional knowledgeable manner , answering my questions, explaining treatment & home care . Fantastic experience: They treat you as family, They have Top notch expertise. As a lymphedema patient, I started there as a no hope frustrated patient, but together with the help of Cathy and her team, I am now mobile, happy, and living my life as if it never existed, because of my knowledge of how to manage it, and never forget it is still there, but I improved my life at 80% which is HUGH. They helped me thru the hard times, the learning experience, surgery, the education, so now, I want to give back and share all I know, and motivate other, that there is hope for lymehedema.
