Vaccinations may require a series of doses and are subject to availability. Not all services may be covered under the patient’s health plan or insurance. Dermatology consultations, if authorized under the patient’s plan, are by referral only.

Eligible Kaiser Permanente members can fill new prescriptions as a result of a visit to a Target Clinic at the co-located CVS Pharmacy at Target. Refills must be obtained from a Kaiser Permanente pharmacy. Inquire with Target Clinic to see if you’re eligible for a one-time fill. Your regular office visit copay, coinsurance, or deductible applies.
