Fantastic experience: I was fortunate to be referred to Alan Lee for postural restoration (PRI) physical therapy at START Physical Therapy. Alan is a dedicated teacher and PR professional, who combines his extensive knowledge with kindness and integrity. He provides a combination of hour-long sessions with personalized post-session notes and videos, that help clarify the techniques as well as the philosophy of healing that is integral to postural restoration work.

Fantastic experience: I have spent thousands of dollars on personal trainers, physical therapist’s and many other outlets to achieve better physical health. I have never received as good of help as I have working with Alan. All of the physical activities that I love to do I am doing all of them better than ever thanks to everything that Alan has taught me. He explains what to do in a unique way to where you can easily understand and retain the movements and functions to properly achieve your goals. Fantastic experience: After being in pain for over a year with multiple bulging discs & spending so much money with other therapists and modalities I came to Alan not really knowing if anything would get me out of pain or if I would live with some version of this for the rest of my life. After just 4 sessions so far with Alan I am the most pain free I have been in years. On top of that he is the kindest human that cares about his patients so much. Fantastic experience: I was having some hip and knee pain whenever I tried to lift heavy and also wanted to learn how to have better posture. I didn’t know what to expect when I went to see Alan. However, he showed me exercises and breathing techniques that engages your muscles naturally instead of how most people (like myself) forcefully try to compensate by using the least optimal body parts. Alan opened my eyes with his new approach and after one session I could already feel and see the difference in my heavy squats, posture, and there was no pain. I highly recommend Alan.
