Fantastic experience: If you are putting off PT, hoping your injury will get better on its own, get some professional PT. before you suffer forr another day. I waited and suffered for too long, but I'm glad I didn't wait any longer, as I began to heal after just a few appts. The staff at Agave are kind and professional, while the "front office" is organized and efficient. Don't put your recovery off a day sooner!

Fantastic experience: Dr Qualls runs a clean, friendly and professional business that I highly recommend to anyone in Lake Havasu needing PT. He and his awesome staff assisted my husband through his knee replacement recovery and treated me from knee scooter to walker to cane and back to unassisted walking after I broke my leg. We were always seen on time and treated with care and compassion.

Fantastic experience: Brett and his entire staff are excellent!!! I was having some injuries leading up to a half marathon, and within 3 treatments at Agave I was feeling 100%. The Agave staff is friendly, extremely knowledge and truly care about their patients. Thank you for helping me feel my best!!

Fantastic experience: Brett and his crew are amazing. I have had different issues and he always has the time to give me a consultation and then a follow up plan for preventative maintenance. My wife even had an issue that he was able to diagnose and treat. Absolutely 5 service at Agave Physical Therapy!!!!

Fantastic experience: Brett Qualls, and his staff are the best! The knowledge, and expertise Agave PT offers Lake Havasu City residents is second to none. When I thought my chronic back pain was never going to go away, Brett was able to get me pain free through utilizing his therapeutic skills. Extremely pleased with my experience!
