North Country HealthCare Lake Havasu City offers comprehensive healthcare for the entire family and fitness enthusiasts. Conveniently located in the healthcare district, we offer easy access and parking. Patients have access to an on-site laboratory so there is no need to drive to another location for tests such as blood draws and drug testing.

North Country HealthCare’s doctors and care providers are dedicated to providing primary care to you and your whole family. Our family practice offers walk-ins and same day appointments for routine and sick visits. We accept most insurance plans and offer affordable payment options for those who are uninsured or underinsured. Our low-cost options include a sliding fee scale discount program which is based on income and family size.

North Country HealthCare is the primary community health center in the area. In 1991, a small group of doctors and nurses, health and human service representatives and consumers worked together to establish the Flagstaff Community Free Clinic. In 1996, the clinic transitioned from a volunteer organization into a state and federally funded community health center. Today, North Country HealthCare serves 11 communities across Northern Arizona, providing quality medical care to all while building healthier communities.

Fantastic experience: I have found the doctor I like and can trust here at NCHC. The office runs efficiently AND everyone is smiling and friendly. They have an in-house lab which means I don't have to go anywhere else for this service. Try it here, you'll like it!

Fantastic experience: Had to wait a bit before NP came in to room but I really liked her, she was easy to talk to, and hope she stays the NP I will always get when visiting this office.

Fantastic experience: I have taken my kids to North Country since 2008 when we first moved to Havasu. At this visit like every other visit Dr. Colleen, Gale, and all the other staff that assisted us at this visit did an amazing job. Dr. Colleen is very patient and genuinely cares for her patients. She takes the time to listen to both the parent and child. I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else. North Country goes above and beyond in providing quality care. Thank you!
