Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I have had multiple injuries the past 2 years. Left knee, torn meniscus, tibia & fibula injury as well as right hip and most recently a neck injury. I came to PTOSI from a reliable referral and worked with Eric Polson and their very good staff. The exercises have helped me continue my work. My work requires 5-6 miles/day, walking, reaching, sitting, bending. Today, my neck is 100% better and I am able to walk with out a knee brace. My pain is greatly reduced.
