I always had fun at my PT sessions because of the environment they created. I also experienced significant improvements and increased mobility in a short amount of time. Fantastic experience: I had an outstanding experience with Alex and the team at NovaCare. When I initially came to NovaCare, I could hardly walk without pain, and I had a goal of running the New York City Marathon in just five months. Instead of advising me to take time off from running, the NovaCare team utilized their expertise and devised a plan to help me strengthen and heal while continuing my training and weekly mileage. Fantastic experience: I really liked my experience at NovaCare. I came in for an ankle tear rehab and all the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and real. I had been to another establishment for an issue with my shoulder in late 2019/early 2020 and it was a very different experience. I really appreciated Alex and Andria for their understanding and knowledge while assisting me to heal from this injury. They clearly love what they do and pushed me to work hard to get back on track. I highly recommend them and their care to anyone looking to heal and function to live life to the fullest.
