Fantastic experience: I visited ProMotion after a debilitating muscle injury in my back. Not only did they get me in as soon as possible, they were extremely patient with me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The assessment of my injury was throughout and the treatment methods and exercises helped to get me back to normal much faster than I had anticipated. A few things that really stood out to me is, the cleanliness of the facility and equipment, the knowledgeable and friendly staff, and probably the most important thing to me was how they explain how to do certain movements. I've been an avid gym goer all of my life and I feel confident about my form, however, Nancy was able to explain certain movements in a way that turned on a lightbulb that I didn't even know was off! Just the slightest of variations were made to not only strengthen my back and help heal what had caused my pain, but prevent future injury and help me reach my long-term fitness goals. I couldn't be more thankful for their help when I needed it the most!!

Fantastic experience: I am in highschool and have been dancing for 10 years at a local studio. I started having harsh knee pain after some growth and increased pointe training so I decided to visit ProMotion because Ms. Nancy and Ms. Lauren had ballet background. Ms. Nancy did the assessment the first day and Ms. Lauren did my therapy. First, they worked on my knee pain and after that, we started strengthening my weaker muscles which were mostly my turnout muscles and quads. They taught me some strengthening exercises to use at home and at my studio to continue strengthening those muscles on my own. Now I have little to no knee pain and have seen much improvement in my alignment and technique in my dancing! I highly recommend these therapists for dancers that are struggling with pain and issues in their dancing. Everyone was very kind and easy to talk to and was very helpful with listening and figuring out what was going on with my muscles and helping me strengthen them!

Fantastic experience: Was very impressed with my treatment and reaching our agreed upon goals. Jessica was my therapist and I really liked her approach. She is casual and very knowledgeable and for me, her techniques were extremely effective. Def recommend this physical therapy office. Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience through-and-through. I went in for some work on my back/hips due to a herniated disc issue. I was very pleased with the results and experienced relief very quickly. Respectful staff and a great environment that was professional and clean. I didn't feel like just a number and the care I received from my PT Lauren Fisher was superb. HIGHLY recommended!!!

Lauren my therapist was amazing every step of the way after my ACL surgery, able to answer every question I had and is extremely caring. Anna at the front desk is very sweet and helpful when scheduling and addressing any insurance questions. I can’t recommend this great place enough!

Fantastic experience: I came to ProMotion for post-op physical therapy after having right hip labral repair surgery. The staff was so professional and friendly. Anna consistently helped me schedule appointments that worked with my schedule. Lauren and Leah were wonderful physical therapists who pushed me to keep getting stronger while being conscious of my pain. Overall this was a great experience and now I’m ready to get back to running (something I haven’t been able to do for four years)! Highly recommend coming here!

Fantastic experience: Wow…where to begin? From the front desk, to the therapists, to the interns, everyone here has been a pleasure to be around! I injured my back last year and was referred to an orthopedic surgeon who told me that before he’d even considered surgery that I would have to try PT first. I was in so much pain and discomfort that I thought there was no way possible that PT would work, but I gave it a shot since I had no choice. Fast forward to today and I am virtually pain free! I honestly feel better today than I did before my injury! Nancy, whom I consider to be ProMotion’s matriarch—not in terms of age, but of wisdom—helped me so much that she will forever hold a special place in my heart. She taught me that I’d been lifting with improper technique, showed me stretches and exercises that can minimize and proactively eliminate pain, and whenever I was in pain, she always knew or had an idea as to what the cause was and how to get beyond it. She’s incredibly knowledgeable! That said, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the fact that it takes hard work and dedication to get the maximum results, but I give you my word that if you put the effort in, you’ll get the best possible results. The people here are all so great that while I’m glad to be healed, I’ll sorely miss conversing with and seeing Nancy, Lauren, Anna, Katey, Savannah, and everyone else there! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Nancy and Lauren to address my right ACL reconstruction after two previous left knee injuries so I can return to dancing. They have been absolutely incredible, helping me work through the pain in the first few weeks post-op and pushing me to work hard in every session to strengthen both my injured and supporting leg. Because of my work with them, I was able to get off crutches early, and return to a mostly normal life relatively quickly after surgery. They care so much for their patients and have made me feel comfortable coming to them with concerns about rehabilitation and beyond. I would 100% recommend both of them as providers and cannot thank them enough for their support.

Fantastic experience: AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!! Lauren and Nancy are wonderful at what they do. Ballet dancers who have a true understanding and education in the mechanics of the body and everyone's individual needs. I came in as my last resort before going through tendon surgery for fasciitis. I'm now 90% improved and will be able to avoid a painful procedure. More importantly, I'm getting my life back. I can't put a price on that. They push you with kindness and positive reinforcement. They really believe slow and steady wins the race. I had to change my way of thinking that I have to push myself hard and fast. They're patient and understanding and never allow you to hurt yourself. So great and sweet! Thank you ladies for giving me my hope back. Please use them when you have a choice in PT. You won't be sorry!

Fantastic experience: Injuries in dancers can feel especially discouraging, and the recovery process can feel daunting. However, ProMotion has helped me and my dancing recover exponentially. After I injured my back, Dr. Lauren Fisher worked with me for six months to strengthen my movements. Now, I dance with more stability, safety, and dynamic. ProMotion was creative, attentive, and flexible in helping me recover. I am so thankful for the work that the ProMotion team offers to dancers and non-dancers!

Fantastic experience: I was rear-ended by an inattentive driver. It was a high impact collision as the driver never applied her brakes. My back, neck, and head were an absolute mess. After five days of agony, thinking I would never feel right, I found ProMotion. Nancy has been amazing, helping me get to the point where I at least feel like I have some hope of not being in constant pain for the rest of my life. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, and it is clear that she truly cares about each and every person who comes to her for help. I would give ten stars if google would let me.

Fantastic experience: It is evident that ProMotion cares about their patients and wants to get them better. One can tell that from the moment you call to set up an appointment. The initial evaluation process was incredibly thorough and attentive to detail- very diligent- which I would say is what sets them apart. I left feeling more knowledgeable of my physical condition and current limitations I’m experiencing as well as confident of what steps on the road to recovery will look like. Though the team is highly experienced, this particular facility is brand new, very clean, and full of top-of-the-line equipment. Even the waiting area was comfortable.
