Cascade Sports Injury Prevention & Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Cascade Sports!! After an ACL surgery, I went straight to Cascade Sports. I was supported immediately and my never ending questions were answered. I've been going to Cascade 3x a week for the past 11 months. I have mainly been working with Kristin and David! Kristin creates a positive warm environment for her patients, and I look forward to going to PT(?!). She pushes you while supporting you through your recovery. ACL recovery has been a lengthy one for me, but not one I could imagine doing without Kristin and the Cascade team! Also, the entire Cascade team is GREAT. I have worked with other PTs Jayce, Justin, Sam, and David and had a similar experience. AND the front desk staff is always welcoming. Thanks, Cascade, for your support through my recovery! Also, thanks, Justin, for creating an affordable package to allow people to continue their recovery when insurance packages run out. A 12/10 experience. If you need PT, go to Cascade.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client at Cascade twice; once after an ankle fracture and again for a tweaked shoulder. Both times I received the best treatment possible. The exercises and hands-on care for both ankle and shoulder got me back to a better/stronger place than even pre-injury levels. In utilizing that strength and by incorporating the good form and habits instilled by my therapist, I’ve been able to achieve amazing fitness goals I didn’t think would be possible. Specific props to Kristen (she’s amazing!!!) but the entire Cascade team is absolutely the best!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cascade Sports! I had ACL and Meniscus surgery after a ski injury and before my first PT appointment I felt scared and vulnerable. My physical therapists took great care of me, answered all my questions and started me on my healing journey. After 7 months at Cascade, and too many appointments to count, I'm feeling stronger and healthier than ever. They set realistic recovery expectations, worked well with my schedule, and always called me by my name. I'm sad to graduate from PT as I've made so many wonderful friends but hopefully I won't have to come back :) For any athlete trying to get back to what they love to do, don't pass up on cascade!
