Fantastic experience: This location and staff was the best medical experience I have received. All of the staff were very pleasant and worked with you as a team to help improve your health. Dr. Sarah Wright puts the patient first and makes sure you get the care you need, especially with worker’s compensation cases. She and the team helped me understand the medical issue that was presented! I can’t not recommend a better PT facility and team!!

Fantastic experience: She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Makes you feel right at home and does a great job motivating you. Good communication tells you like it is and doesn’t sugarcoat things. She cares about her patients.

Fantastic experience: Sarah Wright is a Physical Therapist at NovaCare in Lancaster. She is a very thorough and compassionate provider. She listened to me and created a plan collaboratively with me. She is also very kind and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I'm writing this review to praise each and every staff member at the Granite Run office. From the moment I first contacted the office, I have been treated with the utmost courtesy and concern. Each and every person in the office has made me feel as if they personally care for my health and wellbeing. As I've worked with nearly every member of the staff, we've gotten to know one another and come to care for one another. I feel not like I am a patient, but like a friend. The physical care that everyone has given me has worked wonders toward my recovery. More than that, however, is the encouragement they've given me and the unflagging energy and kindness they exhibit. I am most impressed by the fact that everyone I've worked with has actually listened to me as regards my recovery. They have pushed me to work harder when I need that, but they have also heard me when I've said that I was not "feeling it" on a given day, and have equally encouraged me to care for myself by taking it easier on those days. But not only have I noticed this about my own care, I've seen that the staff treat every patient with the same professionalism, care, respect, and kindness that they have shown to me. They also encourage patients to interact with one another, making us feel as if we were all part of the team and helping us to encourage one another as we grow and recover.. Rather than dread going for my therapy sessions, I look forward to them, knowing that I'll be seeing people who care about me, and for whom I also care. I will not name individuals in this review for fear of leaving someone out, but I will say that at each and every point of contact from the front desk to the therapists to the aides I feel as if I am being given the best care I could possibly hope for.

Fantastic experience: I was on the verge of losing my Military career before I came to NovaCare! Three years (2016-2019) of pain due to being misdiagnosed and it took ONE visit with Thomas for him to figure out what was actually wrong with me. My review is long but if you're on the verge of losing hope (much like I was before reluctantly going to NovaCare) Please read! There IS hope! In 2016 I injured my hip during basic training. After a traditional MRI and X-Ray they chalked my injury to Bursitis (Inflammation of the fluid-filled pads that act as cushions at the joints which generally last for a few weeks at max) They gave me a cortisone shot and sent me on my way. Upon graduation of AIT in the beginning of 2017, and coming home the pain was still there. Performing my military duties become almost impossible. I was failing my physical fitness tests due to the pain and I was on the verge being kicked out of the military. I went to my Primary Care Physician and he referred me to a orthopedic specialist. I received another MRI but this time it was a MRI arthrogram (contrast is injected straight into the joint.) OUCH! STILL the same diagnosis, Bursitis! So I was referred to a physical therapy office (NOT NovaCare) 6 months of physical therapy there and the told me that I would have to just try to manage my pain, that it wasn't going to just go away. I was hopeless, I could barely walk up/down stairs, sitting for long periods of time was excruciating. It got to the point where and asked my Primary Care Physician (in full on tears) if i needed to see a therapist because at by then I thought the pain was all in my head. He then recommended for me to see Thomas at NovaCare, I was completely over the thought of seeing another physical therapist, but I eventually agreed. THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION I COULD"VE EVER MADE!!! I walked into NovaCare to have my initial appointment with Thomas and within the first ten minutes he came up with a possible diagnosis: a Labrum Tear. Thomas worked directly alongside my doctor (Dr. Cole from Dr.Silverstein and Associates) to get an appointment with another orthopedic specialist, this time one that focuses primarily on hips. A few X-Rays, another MRI arthrogram, and various other test later and Thomas' first assumption was correct. I did indeed have a labrum tear NOT bursitis!!! I got injured in the fall of 2016, had my hip surgery April 10th 2019, and today I have finally been discharged from physical therapy!! I'm finally able to run/workout again, move up in military rank, but most importantly I HAVE MY LIFE BACK!! Thank you Thomas and everyone at NovaCare!!!
